The Best! Prompt. Competent, Friendly, Super Service!

The kitchen sink in our law office was suddenly plugged up. We had used Advanced before, phoned, and they bent over backward to get us a plumber to come out. Daniel showed up, immediately diagnosed the problem, showed us rusted out pipes under the sink, replaced them, cleared the blockage, and the amount charged was very reasonable.

They are a good company and I recommend them.

Advanced Plumbing was one of the closest highly rated plumbers in my area on Yelp. I was about 99% sure I had a slow leak and that it was getting to the point it needed to be fixed before damage was done. I called the business right at closing time. They utilize an answering service so they have someone answer always in case of emergency call outs. Sometimes answering services are a little rough to deal with, I figured since mine wasn't an emergency it would be a ""call back tomorrow"" deal, but they happily offered to book me an appointment for the next day.

The appointments are in a 2 hour window which is nice that you aren't waiting around all day. The next day, we had our plumber arrive just a few minutes after the window. I showed him the spot I figured there was a leak and he was in agreement. He gave me a range of what costs may be like depending on what he found when he got up in the attic and we agreed. I figured it would be another appointment to get it fixed, but he was like nope I'm ready to go! He climbed up and it didn't take too long to fix because it ended up being a small leak. He showed it to us on the phone but also, we got to see the leaky pipe evidence when he cut it out and brought it down to ground level after everything was fixed.

We were super pleased with service from start to finish on everything. I would easily recommend this company again to anyone needing a plumber in Bakersfield.

I was having the tankless water heater Advanced put in years ago drained for the first time, and I also needed an outside dripping faucet replaced. Chris was at my house on time on a Monday morning and went right to work. I mentioned one of my bathroom sinks was draining slowly and maybe he needed to snake it. He said the cause is usually a drain plug covered in hair and gunk, and I could save money and clean it myself. Well, right then and there I went to the sink, followed all his directions, and what do you know...my plug was a gross mess. I cleaned it up, reconnected it, and it drained like it was brand new. I appreciate Advanced having such an honest professional like Chris on their team. All of his work was done efficiently and perfectly. Advanced will be the only plumber I use.

I've used multiple plumbers over the years, but I always find myself using Advanced Plumbing the last 3 times over the years. The plumbers are always professional and will give you a pretty good guesstimate before starting the job. Pricing has been on the less expensive side compared to other Plumbers. Definitely recommend!

Avoid!!! Charged a $80 visit fee then another $200 just to not be able to fix my pipe. Literal scammers, better off just getting someone from Nextdoor.

Hot water heater went out . Called many places with no show for appointments. Called advanced plumbing. They showed up on time and were very professional. We needed up choosing to install a tankless water heater . The 2 techs that came to install it were tentative and did an great job. Would highly recommend using them.

company. Chris provided an estimate on a Tuesday. I contacted the office to accept the estimate. Chris returned the next day.
i was given a time frame, and was contacted Just before arrival time. This is so appreciated to where I had experienced other companies to be no shows or late service excuses.

They were very fast, but that caused them to do some damage. I complained, but no response. If you are considering re-piping, please find another plumber. The inspection was a joke! Hole in Master Bath ceiling, exhaust vent left hanging out of ceiling. That's for starters, there was more. Be careful if you hire these guys. They are fast, but make mistakes.

WE HAD TO SHUT ALL WATER OFF AT OUR HOUSE BECAUSE OF A LEAK WE HAD.

We called scheduled an appointment at 8:00 am - we were told they would be at our house between 4:00 or 6:00 pm same day. At 2:00pm we were called and told no one could come out until Tuesday. If I could give no stars I would have!

We had a pretty bad leak and couldn't find the source. Advanced plumbing services was contacted and the customer service from making the appointment, prompt and professional serviceman and follow up after the service was nothing short of excellent. The issue was fixed quickly with such a friendly specialist. Also, they provide discounts to Military Families. Truly appreciate their prompt availability!
