Awesome customer service! Ryan was able to diagnose and fix a problem that another local plumbing company came out 3 times for and never got it right. Very easy to work with and explained our complex plumbing issue in a way that we could understand. We will always use Advanced Plumbing and refer them to our friends and family. Thanks again Ryan! We finally have consistent hot water!!

again and again this company never ceases to impress. Sunday our water heater pilot was acting up again. My husband was able to re-light it but Monday it went out again. He called our plumbing heroes and as usual they came out same day. Ryan, who does our Annual Check and has extra-ordinary talent, within 5 minutes gave an assessment and options. We decided to go new. He called the office, they dropped it off, and within the hour it was installed. I didn't even hear any noise. 6yr warranty :-):-):-):-). Never has any other company treated us with such professional kindness. They are Advanced in every way!

We had a gas leak with our drier and hot water heater in an older home we moved in SoCal gas came and shut off our gas. We were stressed no heat or hot water. Called advanced plumbing they didn't have anything immediately available but Lana fit us in for that day later on. She kept me posted on squeezing us in all day and was able to fit us in around 4 pm. The guy that came out was professional and fixed the problem very quickly. Now everything works well. At my previous home they also fixed some leaky faucets they were fast and efficient. Thank you Lana for fitting us in. You were very kind and professional. Tina was also very nice and helpful. Thanks again!!!

I contacted Advanced Plumbing for a repair. Received a phone call the next morning and set an appointment for another day. On the day of the appointment I received a call trying to find my address. When I set the appointment my address was verified. After setting the appointment I requested the day off and then the morning of the call I have to find someone else to repair the plumbing at my house. Office staff and answering service are incompetent.

Very pleased with the service of Advanced Plumbing Service. I had called a few plumbers in the area to get estimates on work to be done, and advanced plumbing service was reasonably priced and Tina on the phone was very friendly. Their prices are based on each job not on an hourly basis they were reasonable, and Daniel, the service man, was a very affable friendly and knowledgeable individual. He gave me an idea of the cost and we agreed to go ahead with the job. Daniel showed up half hour into the window of two hours which is reasonable. Daniel finished quickly, cleanly and he asked me if there was anything else I needed. Transaction was very easy, was handled through an iPad device as I paid with a credit card. I would recommend them to others as my experience was very good.
The scope of the work was a clogged bathtub and a quote for installation of a tankless water heater, a replacement for a stolen one.

I was gathering quotes for installing a new water heater. Ryan with APS was very competitive with pricing, but moreover, he thoroughly explained the difference in models, suggested a brand and told me why it was the best for our needs.

When came time for installation, he was prompt again, and very efficient. We almost forgot he was here as he was very quiet and cleaned as he went along.
