I had an issue on a Sunday with a toilet valve and flush kit that I tried to replace myself on an outdated unit. The job didn't go as planned and turned out to be a wet mess. I called Alan at Advanced Plumbing Service and explained the situation. He was out within 30 minutes on a Sunday and fixed the issue in no time, at a fair and reasonable price. This company is ""Top Notch""! Just had them come out to fix a Toto toilet and they were awesome. Alan the owner himself actually came and did the repair. He had the part, was timely and quick and thorough at getting it fixed. He even took time to explain a few maintenance items on the toilet. Really nice man with a good work ethic. good same day service. the service guy (karl) drove all the way from scottsdale to surprise at mid-day to replace my water heater. before he got to the house i shutoff the power and water , vented and drained the heater to make the job easier so there wouldnt be a wait time and i helped with picking up the new tank to set it in place because the guy was working alone. nice guy, did good work. water is hot and no leaks. we're happy.

This company started out as top notch. I have used them for a few years. Lately the customer service has deteriorated considerably. I contacted them initially on 12/15/15 about a problem with some bathroom faucets and shower accessories they installed. I have since texted or called four more times and have not received any service despite actually talking to a representative of the company. Each time I communicated my problem, he said he would have to get permission to put me on the schedule. Well, it has been six weeks without a single call back. I am a good customer, spent a lot of money with them and deserve better. As far as I am concerned, the service went from good to bad, very bad. My advice would be to take your business elsewhere.

I had Master Bathroom remodel and required new valves to be put in. I called Advanced Plumbing Services to put the new valves in.

When they completed the work, I noticed the transfer valve was crooked in both up and left direction, in addition to being ""out of plumb"" with the main valve below it. What this meant was the handle would not fit properly and the valve would stick out beyond the finished tile. I read the instruction and it stated the transfer valve should be set back from the main valve by 1/2"".

I pointed it out the issue to them and the main guy (presumed owner) said ""it didn't look that bad"". I said they needed to fix it. He then proceeded to take an easy/lazy approach and tried to straighten out the valve using a ""wrench"". He gripped the valve and forced it with his body weight. This created undo mechanical stress on the valve, weakened the solder joints and did not fix the problem. In addition, it bent the valve.

After he did this I told them to leave. I paid them, but was so unhappy with the work I had to hire another plumber to redo their work. I did'nt want them to fix, since they did bad job in the first place.

I would not recommend them for any plumbing work.
