Called asked some questions had a very sarcastic passive aggressive tone of his voice. Was very condescending towards me on the phone when asking about repairs and pricing. I don't feel comfortable having this guy anywhere near my home or family ever in the future. 0 stars if I could give my true rating of this guy.

They were prompt and direct so I like that but I was told promptly and directly that they do not offer any troubleshooting or repair options for water heaters that are out of warranty. This system was not leaking, had an electrical issue and they do not offer a service to even look it over to replace thermastats or heater coils. Seems like a missed business opportunity as I'm now going elsewhere.

Extremely aggressive and unprofessional individuals working for this company. Called for a toilet repair and everything was good until a guy named Mike showed up smelling like beer. I questioned him about it and he raised his voice asking if I wanted the job done or not, completely avoiding my question. He did the job but I will never do business with him again he made me feel threatened in my own home.

Charged $469 for 1 hour repairing a toilet. Got upset when I complained about the price. Seems like these guys have nothing but poor reviews recently. He also wanted me to write a check to a different company for the work which is a huge red flag. If you are looking for a plumber I'd look elsewhere for someone who wont rip you off.

I had to them install a water heater because mine broke and I was showering in the cold. Guy came over with a dog and installed it but wouldn't really talk to me, very passive aggressive when I asked questions. I offered some water because it was hot down there, it's my "boiler room". No AC. He ran out of my house without telling me he was finished or showing me that the hot water was back. At the time, I honestly was only focused on the sensual sensation that a hot shower could bring me so I didn't push the subject or call...nope, no hot water for me that night. No sweet release of a steamy session. There was no hot water. I wrote a post on Facebook and someone commented that there has been many stolen water heaters in the area. I couldn't believe it. I ran to the boiler room and searched all around the water heater and realized it wasn't new AT ALL! There were dents and mold on the front panel. I called the man and couldn't get through. For hours I tried to get someone on the phone. Nothing. Not only was I scammed with an old water heater but I also didn't get any hot water.

Friendly on the phone, BUT HORRIBLE IN PERSON. Mike came over to look at a water heater issue I was having last week. I paid a fee for him to come out because everyone else seemed to be booked. I just wanted it fixed as soon as possible. Mike was very annoyed that he needed to use a ladder to access the water heater even though I told him it was on the second floor over the phone. He was mumbling under his breath and upset he needed to do that. He told me that I would need to replace the entire water heater and would call me with quotes because he had to get to the next place. Never called me back. Since then, I called another plumbing service and they fixed the water heater for $180 in about 30 minutes. Stay away.

My wife and I felt very threatened when Mike came to fix my clock toilet. He smelled like alcohol and was visibly agitated and often raised his voice and talk down to me like I was stupid. When I hired a different plumber to redo Mike's work, he showed me all the lazy bones shortcuts that Mike took repairing my pipes.

Advanced plumbing and routing is my go to plumber. Mike is very transparent, sociable and extremely knowledgeable about all things plumbing. He came during the freeze and fixed my issues quickly and for a very fair price. He has also replaced my tankless hot water heater. Once you find one of the good ones you keep using them and hope they stay in business for a very long time!!

I called them today for a quote on a job. They said that they charge $40.00 because it pre-qualifies a potential client. Anyone that is not willing to commit to a minor assessment fee, is most likely going to waste their time. When I said that other plumbers do not charge the assessment fee. They said that my unwillingness to pay the assessment fee is a huge red flag to them. This has been my experience.
