We needed to run a gas line for our laundry room so we could install a gas dryer. Luckily enough, we found Mike. He was more than patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He has a wealth of knowledge and best of all, was more than willing to share it. I had an incessant number of questions for him as to what needed to be done; he thoroughly answered each of them and would always ask if I had more questions. We also had a very short timeline to work with and he was more than accommodating.

As first time homeowners who just recently moved and had unforseen expenses quickly piling on, we were so incredibly grateful that Mike worked with us on pricing. He did an amazing job and gave us an unbeatable deal especially for the quality of workmanship he delivered. He even did a great job cleaning up after the work was finished.

We always hear horror stories involved with plumbing hires but Mike was definitely not one of them. We would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a good, responsive plumber. Thanks Mike!

Mike and Sarah with Advanced Plumbing are simply the best!!

I was recently having water pressure issues at my house and was sure that it was the pressure relief valve that was faulty, since my house is 13 years old and my neighbor had just recently replaced theirs. Mike came out and determined that the valve was indeed faulty and quickly replaced it and at a reasonable price. The water pressure was better, but still wasn't really the way it should be. This is where Advanced Plumbing really shined. Mike came back out and took his time to correctly diagnose that the pressure issues that I was still having were all due to my water softener system having some kind of a internal issue. He bypassed the softener to be sure and immediately the water pressure was fixed. He all of this all at no extra cost to me, which is really amazing, especially since he knew I still had a warranty on the water softener and thus wouldn't get any more business out of this job if it was indeed the water softener that was faulty. I got the water softener fixed a few days later and everything is back to normal. Mike and Sarah showed outstanding customer service and just as important, got the problem figured out in a timely manner and at a great price. They definitely have all of my future business and my wife and I will be referring everyone we know to them. Thanks for the great service!!

These guys are the nicest, most professional plumbers I've ever worked with. Professional on the phone, punctual. Love their communication. This would be a five star rating except for the price. I paid $300 for them to clear 2 slow draining sinks of hair clogs. They arrived at my home at 10:00 and were gone just before 10:40. The actual work took less than 10 minutes.

In their defense, they showed me the price and I agreed to it, but that was before we knew how easy this job would end up being. I assumed it was a much bigger problem. Based on their stellar reviews I would have expected them to discount the work more after we learned how easy the repair was to complete.

I appreciate and respect that this is a small business and they need everything they can get to succeed, but I do feel that I was overcharged for the amount of work that was performed. I am not sure if I will use them in the future or not, but that's solely based on price. I would rate them 5 for service and 2 for price. I gave them a 4 star in the end because 3 felt too harsh.

The only place you want to call. I've had them out for a leaky shower and a leaking water heater. Every time, Mike thoroughly explains my options and goes through why everything is happening. The prices are better than fair and what's most important is you know what you're paying for. I don't even worry about potential plumbing issues in the future knowing there's someone so reliable in my area.

Mike is wonderful! He has done work for us a couple of times now. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and always prepared with the appropriate tools and equipment. Fast, reasonably priced, professional, and knowledgeable. Advanced Plumbing is awesome. Mike was dispatched when I accidentally drilled through a copper pipe in a bathroom wall. He took the time to explain the repair and new technologies available. In total from phone call to repaired, 2.5 hours. I will be using Advanced Plumbing exclusively in the future.

My water heater failed (at the worst possible moment hahaha) and he quickly came to diagnose the problem and in less than 40 minutes from my initial phone call, he already had a new water heater at my house quickly. He came because he takes jobs from select home warranty. Select Warranty did not cover breaks in the water heater (that is ridiculous, whats the point ??). In an hour he already had my old unit out and was installing the new intake lines in an instant. The whole installation took less than 4 hours. He is very knowledgeable and I feel that I could trust him. He explained to me all the questions that I have about plumbing on the spot. He is personable, friendly and professional and I appreciate that.

He got me out of that bind quickly. The price was a steep for a water heater install (I realized that later, he did the job short notice i suppose it is worth the up charge to a certain extent) but he was prepared, thorough and the work looks solid. He gave me several options and fielded all my questions. His work is guaranteed for 2 years.

I did not do my due diligence because of time constraints. Regardless, he was quick and was straight forward with me and did quality work.

Mike is a plumber you can trust, give him a call he will take care of you as best as he can. I recommend him 100%

Mike from Advanced Plumbing was wonderful. He came out and assessed the problem we'd been having in our master shower. For years, the faucet had been wiggly and the water pressure was so low we could hardly rinse off. Mike repaired this problem efficiently and skillfully.
He was professional, friendly and courteous. The cost was reasonable and included a new faucet and valve for our shower. He needed to access the plumbing through a panel he created but he cleaned up after himself very thoroughly. We would definitely call Advanced Plumbing again for our plumbing needs.

Advanced Plumbing was very responsive, kept me updated on arrival time, and was able to come out on short notice. They sent out Mike, who was very considerate in our home and took the time to talk us through our options and process before replacing our shorted out water heater. He went out of his way to find the largest capacity tank possible that would fit into a tight space (at our request). He also spent a good amount of time checking to make sure everything worked post-installation and adjusted the water temp to suit our needs. He also repaired our tub faucet after recognizing an issue with it, and now it works so much better. Competitive pricing. Highly recommend them.
