George and Allen were awesome! I wish I could give them more stars! Honestly! We had been through 2 horrible companies before them (MSE and Budget Plumbing) but George and Allen made everything better. They were here for a shorter length of time than the other two companies but fixed our leak and double-checked and everything! Super-friendly and even cleaned up after themselves after I told them they didn't have to. They are life-savers and it's a huge stress-reliever that our simple leak is now fixed. Highly reccommend!!!

Update... Rafael and Alin just provided the best customer service hands down!.. when my gas control valve went out I knew this company would help... and they sure did! They were timely, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They were so nice and took the time to answer all of my questions... if and when you need plumming services... this company is the best choice hands down! Advanced plumbing and rooter service were incredibly professional and fast with our repair. Rafael quickly reached out to us as soon as they were contacted and had our appointment sorted for later that afternoon. He arrived on time and went straight to work on fixing our leak, had it fixed in less time than I thought it would take, getting our water back on and running perfect. We were having issues with our water heater and water pressure and other plumbers couldn't fix. We were referred to Advanced Plumbing through our home warranty.

George was very professional and asked us to show him the problem and he would diagnose the issue. George was friendly, dressed professionally, had boot covers and listened to our concerns.

He explained what the problem could be and provided a thorough inspection. He showed me how the pressure regulator works and explained several possible solutions with my water heater.

After he made some adjustments, my water heater was working and the pressure appeared regular.

I'd recommend Advanced Plumbing to a friend!

I called Advanced Plumbing because of a drainage problem. It was causing the water to drain all over the entire floor of my business. For me it was a safety issue not only for customers, but also my employees.

Rafael and Kevin came to my business, diagnosed the problem, and they were able to explain the issue at hand, and give me a reasonable quote. They started the job after business hours, and had everything ready for business hours by the next day. They left everything clean and cared for. I can't appreciate everything they did enough, and if problems arise in the future i will be calling them. Thank you again for your exceptional customer service, and your hard work! Thank you

Called Advanced Plumbing and Rooting Service and they sent the best Kevin and Rafael teamed up to diagnose a problem that was actually created by another company over a year ago. Once diagnosed they gave me a very reasonable price and commenced to repair the problem and add additional protections that will serve me and my family well. An older home in Roseville, needed special knowledge and care.

I would highly recommend Advanced Plumbing to anyone and will certainly never consider any other company for future needs

I was very happy with Advanced Plumbing. They have great communication systems (ie text reminders, etc.) and are really responsive. Also, Lenny their technician was early to my appointment and he was personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. I would choose Advanced Plumbing again for sure.

My home warranty dispatched Advanced Plumbing for my service. They called immediately; however, they hung up on me & didn't call back. I called my home warranty to report their terrible customer service. My home warranty company tried to facilitate a smoother appointment with the company, and an appointment was made on a Tuesday for the upcoming Saturday. On Wednesday, they called to cancel the appointment. I received a text message yesterday to confirm today's appointment, which I assumed was an error. I received a phone call at noon, saying that although they cancelled my appointment, it turns out that they could come sometime this afternoon. I shared my frustration with the gal, who was incredibly rude and disrespectful. This lady felt compelled to call my home warranty company immediately to say that I'm the problem. Then, preceded to send me a text cancelling my appointment for today that was already cancelled earlier this week. Nice try.
