George did a great job on resolving our clogged issued with main pipe in our garage. Now I can use my washer machine without worrying about any backed up water leaking. Honest and reliable job with back up warranty.

I won't give them any stars! They do shotty work ! They also do dirty tricks when you get a leak in there plumbing ( and you will) I've have has several since they put in a re rought plumbing Job ( which took 2 time to pass inspection)
They had to keep coming back to fix things to pass. They then sent Tim And Chris out to check a leak in my attic. These guys are both crooks!
They tried to spray my roof with a my hose to produce a leak so they could try and blame it on the roof or HVAC unit . However when that didn't work they then took the hose and spayed water directly into my roof fan vent... They also bullied my tenant and tried to make her act as though she was a witness to the damp area they created by pouring water directly into the roof fan vent . It was insane she explained. She asked me if they were even real plummers? Basically I already had a inspection video of the area and the pipe that was found leaking from the roofer that did in fact inspect the area and found the pipe leak.
He video taped it and sent it to me and sent a written report as well outline the pipe connection was leaking at the elbow and causing the sheet rock to get saturated in the bedroom celining and finally it colasped . These bozo's didn't however accept the video nor the written report stating the indepent inspection and send Chris and Tim over 5 days later..
After there after there plumber has already recrimpper the pipe and stopped the leak.
So in trying to prove it wasn't there's fault ( which it was)
They to pour water on my roof . When this didn't present any leaks they then doused my roof fan vent with the hose to try to say that it was infact leaking there. However the video I have from the day it actually leaked 5 day prior ..
already showed that area was dry and not part of the initial leak or even in the area where the damp area was . AND Chris especially is ready to argue with your before he even know what's going on
HR's very aggressive argumentative and extremely defensive and rude. His job is basically blame the customer first and double talk (He really is like a sleazy used car sales man type ) So be very leary of using thos so call plumbing company! They are horrible to deal with , do shotty syb standard work , don't stand behind there work , stoop to dirty tricks to get out of there responsibly to fix damage caused by their sub par plumbing. And you never want to have to deal with they flippant aggressive argumetive
uneducated staff like Chis and Tim ... Don't bother with this sham company And definitely read all the horrible reviews the get on BBB ,Google, Yelp... There are Plenty!!!

If I could give NO stars I would. This company has HORRIBLE responsiveness and customer service. Ordered service via my home warranty. Day of the scheduled appointment they called to reschedule, not for the next day, but put me at the back of the line for over a week later when it was convenient for them. Yesterday, the appointment for the fix was scheduled. They were a complete no show. Called to say running late then no show no call. Did not call me today to reschedule. I had to call them and talked to a dispatcher and she was beyond rude and combative and lied about calling me (I had no missed calls so she didn't call, period). Basically yelled at me and hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IF YOUR HOME WARRANTY ASSIGNS YOU TO THEM ASK TO GET SOMEONE ELSE!!!
Just look at all the other reviews about reschedules, delays, and horrible service!
And, notice that they don't respond to any of the reviews, good or bad. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DON'T CARE.

They are scammers. I called and the appointment lady kept telling me we probably need a clean out put in for 600$ which had me very suspicious since she was not at my house, is not a Plummer and didn't know the issue. We still had them come out to check and the guy said he couldn't help us unless we had them put in a clean out for 600$. He literally told me he could not fix the clog without putting in a clean out. It was so manipulative and wrong and the information WAS NOT TRUE. IT IS A SCAM & to do it is so messed up. I hope we can help someone from getting scammed by them.
We then called 5 star plumbing they are amazing and honest - came right out and fixed the clog. Never once suggested us paying crazy amounts of money for something we didn't need.
This place is so dishonest it's horrible what they did and they should really change their practices.

Just like all the other reviews, this company was assigned to me through American Home Shield to fix a faucet. Almost two months and still not fixed. Three day-of reschedulings and I'm officially over it. I'm super easy going and have other faucets, but man....horrible service. Do not use this company.

i waited them 4 days to come and fix my water heater! After 4 days they called me and rescheduled time from morning to afternoon! afternoon they called me and rescheduled for the next day! 1 week my family without hot water! they are not serious company!

My home warranty company assigned my broken water heater issue to Advanced Plumbing and Rooter.
After checking Yelp reviews I was nervous but they responded fairly quickly to send a technician out after a holiday weekend so I was cautiously optimistic.
The technicians who came to inspect and determine I did need a new water heater were nice and told me the office would get back to me for next steps. I had NO hot water so I reiterated that I'm hoping for quick responses.
After a full day later of no call back I called the office for an update. They informed me that they were still putting quote together for the warranty company. Another full day goes by and I have heard nothing.
This time I called the home warranty company who tells me they haven't heard anything from Advanced plumbing so they called and Advanced plumbing promised they would have the quote to home warranty within an hour. (This was 2.5 days after inspection)
I finally got a quote and although the water heater is covered under home warranty with all the extras and code upgrades my out of pocket is high primarily due to super high parts mark up. And I mean high. But by now I'm really wanting a hot shower so I move forward. (My bad)
A few days later the installers are at my house--I'm happy again since we've
Had no hot water for over a week.
Although the installers were nice enough they made a mess and didn't clean up. They dripped solder on my brand new epoxy floors and didn't wipe up, dripped blue pvc glue that is now dried on my floor along with some other grease and to top it off, I viewed on my camera footage one of the guys actually picking up items on shelves in my garage and looking at them.
I called Advanced Plumbing to report and they want to send a plumber out to repair my epoxy floor. I would like my professional floor guy to repair, but the office gal at Advanced Plumbing insists that their plumbers are also expert floor repair guys. What? I've texted them pictures of the damage as well as their guy inspecting my personal property and have NO response. I would advise to look elsewhere. If your home warranty company assigns this company to you I would request someone else.

Spencer, who was assigned to fixed my plumbing issue was awesome such an asset to the company. Very young in look but professional all the way. He was able to fix the problem in no time, made sure to asked me if I have any questions after the job was done & prior to leaving. Thanks Advance Plumbing for sending such a dependable, pleasant & professional worker.

My home warranty company assigned this plumbing company to come out and fix our tankless water heater. Our water heater is malfunctioning and stops providing hot water while showering. The alarm goes off and the error code number 10 flashes on the screen. We've learned that we can reset it and it provides hot water for another 3-5 minutes then the process repeats itself. We've been dealing with this since July 16th. The first plumbing company that came out apparently doesn't work on tankless water heaters. Advanced Plumbing was then assigned.
Advanced Plumbing sent out their techs on August 2nd. They called the water heater support line and discussed the error code and how to handle it. After following the support person's instructions it did not resolve the issue. They told me that was the limit of their abilities and they would have to send out a senior tech. That was scheduled for August 16th. On the 16th they called and told me the tech was having truck problems and would not be able to make the appointment. They rescheduled for today, the 18th. I called this morning to confirm they were coming out and I was told they were still having truck problems and would not be able to come out. What? They only have one truck?
I asked if I could speak to a manager or the owner. I was told they were not in. I asked if I could have their number so I could call. She told me she could not give out his number. Understandable. I asked if she could give him our information and number and have him call me. Her response? She hung up on me! I called back and asked, ""did you hang up on me?"" Without a single word, she hung up on me again! My wife called back. My wife explained who she was and she yelled at my wife, ""Oh my God, quit calling me!""
I had an HVAC company experience years ago and thought that was the worse experience I'd ever had. This beats it 10 fold. Customer service is the foundation of any company that provides any kind of service. As a customer, I've never been treated worse than this!
Avoid this company and avoid the frustration and stress! Any other plumbing company has to be more reputable than Advanced Plumbing!
In addition, I am looking into home warranty company options. We've been dealing with this hot water issue for more than a month and my home warranty company, American Home Shield, has been a huge disappointment in helping me deal with this.
