George came out to my house and fixed a stubborn kitchen clog that two other companies didn't fix. He installed a clean out, snaked the line and identified leaks under the house, and on top of that he called the home warranty and arranged for them to cover the replacement of the leaking pipes at a future date. I will insist my home warranty send Advanced Plumbing to my house in the future!

I called them to fix a leak under the kitchen sink at my rental property in Rocklin. They came out quickly and replaced the garbage disposal, which the repairman said was cracked. My renters didn't tell me for a few weeks that there was still something leaking so I went to check. The leaking fitting was right in the repairman's face when he was replacing the garbage disposal so I don't know how he could have missed the huge crack. When I called Advanced Plumbing, they told me I would have to pay again to have them come out. No thanks, I fixed it myself. I'm giving them 3 stars because I have used them before and they did a good job. They lost points on this job, though.

Thanks again Advanced Plumbing for another great service! Our main pipes under the house were clogged and needed a clean-out box installed (our house is older). George is very skilled, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job in diagnosing where the clog was then installed the clean-out which required a lot of in ground digging. He even fixed our leaky sink in the garage at no charge! George's professional and excellent service every step of the way during this long day is greatly appreciated! Got reassigned to Advanced after dealing with a nightmare of playing phone tag, and unanswered calls with Budget Rooter. I don't know why my service request defaults to Budget, but do yourself a favor and request Advanced. They were able to accommodate my schedule, and Spencer fixed an annoying toilet I've been having issues with for a full year. I would definitely recommend them!

After having to ask my home warranty company to switch plumbing companies due to scheduling conflicts, my claim was given to Advanced Plumbing & Rooting. I thought i had a leak from the master toilet, which backs into the master bedroom; because the floor behind where the toilet is is swollen. The company called me promptly to get an understanding of the issue, & was very accommodating with scheduling (they're available on weekends, came on a Sunday).

George came right on time, and i showed him to the area of concern. He did a full inspection: checked in the wall of a previous hole that was cut, checked for excessive water pressure, looked around the wax ring of the toilet for water, & he reported no water.

The only issue i have with George, is that he came off a little condescending. In between checking those different areas, the way he'd ask what previous plumbers have told me, was as if i should know what every single term meant. He made comments about how long he's been doing this & what he needs to do in kind of a snarky manner. Maybe it's just his personality & he doesn't realize he comes off that way? Not sure, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

Long story short, George verified there was no leak, & that the floor is expanding but there's not enough clearance for them to flatten out. The floor just so happens to be buckling right behind the bathroom. I took his word for it because he really did check a LOT of areas, gave extremely thorough explanations about his findings & what some of the telltale signs of leaks are. He also told me about his previous profession doing floors with his father. He removed a small piece of baseboard & showed me what he was referring to about the planks not having enough room to expand. Other plumbers didn't see a leak either, but they were persistent that they pull up the toilet or drill another hole in my wall.

I appreciate George putting me at ease & being so detailed in his explanation of his findings.

I haven't had my kitchen sink for weeks due to stoppage, leak, and disposal issues. Scheduling with APR hasn't been easy but George Yates came in and made it worth the long wait. He was very thorough and methodical in what he does. He was very nice, even spent the time to educate me what to do if i will ever have a stoppage issue again. I am very happy with his work. Woke up to no hot water. Shower was unpleasant. Had to go thru my home warranty provider to get a service request. Advanced scheduled me for Tuesday but called back a short while later with a cancellation spot open same day! Technician Rafael arrived within the given timeframe and fixed my water issue quickly. Excellent service. If you are a customer of American Home Shield Home Warranty, I highly recommend you request Advanced Plumbing over Budget Rooter (the company AHS seems to default to). I refuse to allow Budget Rooter into my home again after a misdiagnosed faulty tub spout left us with $1400 in damages and repairwork yo our kitchen ceiling.

Advanced Plumbing plumber Spencer was professional, friendly and quick! Replaced our garbage disposal right away. We will continue to call our claims into AHS and ask that Advanced Plumbing does all work for us.
