Was fixing my basement toilet flapper and the main water valve got stuck. NO WATER! Couldn't get the valve unstuck and didn't want to risk busting the stem. Called Advanced, they contacted me back within 45 min. Came out about an hour after and turned it back on NO CHARGE! Other plumbers were busy and said Next Week! VERY HAPPY INDEED!

I got several bids from plumbers to fix my main water line leak. Advanced was extremely responsive and seemed to go out of their way to get to me ASAP.
I found them very informative and generally giving good advice on my situation, even when it didn't seem to be in their best interest businesswise. For example advising me to get three bids.
When I compared the other bids that I got to theirs it seemed like they were not interested in adding the bill with additional items, expenses, caveats, etc.
Eric was the main plumber I worked with, and he was extremely reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable. They got the job done on time, and once I passed inspection, they came right out and completed the job by filling in the holes with dirt and installing the meter box.
I highly recommend these guys because of their efficiency, honesty, and reasonable price. You can't really ask for much more than that.

I had them come out for a leaking bath tub on the second floor of my rental property. I had them open up the ceiling directly below to assess and repair if possible. They said we needed to replace the bath tub, no other options. Upon getting a 2nd opinion, the 2nd plumber was able to fix the issue in 10 minutes (2nd plumber recommended by my close friend who is a GC, and this guy is the only plumber he will use).

Advanced Plumbing got back to us in an hour to come replace a hot water heater with a slow leak, and they came two days later, just as promised.
