I recently had what I thought was a sump pump problem in my basement, so I immediately called Advanced Plumbing & Joel was at my house immediately. By then, sewage was coming up from the floor & I knew it wasn't a sump pump problem. Though he knew it wasn't his problem, Joel gave me numbers of who I should call, made some calls himself & helped the best he could. He was there at least 30-45 minutes helping me. He left & came back to let me know that they were working on the problem down the street. He texted me the next day to see how everything was going. And he NEVER charged me for anything!!! You don't find many businesses/people that will go out of their way to help with a problem that isn't theirs. I cannot praise Joel & his company enough. I am a customer for life.

We needed a plumber. There was a leak under the kitchen sink and we thought, while he was here, we could get the drain in the master bath unplugged. Angela set up the appointment, and by the way, she is very knowledgeable as it pertains to plumbing...she does far more than scheduling and gave us a few tips! Jason came out here the next day and fixed our problems, very efficiently and reasonably priced. He added a new shut-off valve under the sink, which we appreciated; anything to make our lives easier. While he was here, we discussed putting in a new water filtration system and add a second spicket in the yard. We got a great estimate and we're going always with them both. So nice to know we have a great plumbing company to work with. I highly recommend them.
