Two no-shows in two weeks. Scheduled a Friday appointment but plumber arrived on Thursday. A truly bizarre and mind-blowing experience that you cannot find anywhere else. If you cannot avoid using them, I would suggest contacting the customer service early in the morning on the day they are supposed to show up. It is a miracle that they could still get contracts with warranty companies.

Unfortunately their service has been pretty awful every time I've needed to use them. They plumbed my whole house which was a new construction build. Normally the construction company uses a different company, but that company wasn't able to get to every house and mine was one of the houses that Advanced had to come in and do. I've had several issues so far since moving in the house at the end of last year and it makes sense why their rating is so poor on Yelp now.

When we first moved in, we had no hot water. After a bunch of people stopped by... plumbers, hot water heater people, electricians, etc., the issue was eventually discovered to be the hot/cold water mixers set incorrectly. Once that was reset, we finally had hot water. Moving into a brand new house, only to have cold showers, is no fun. We wound up having to find a shower anywhere else like work or the gym because of this.

Later on there was a leak in the garage. I called them to come fix it, but I got the runaround with one person after another. After calling 3-4 people, eventually I called another plumber who came quickly to fix the growing leak in my garage. When fixing the plumbing, he commented on the shoddy plumbing job that was done out of the gate and changed things to make things better.

Now that we're getting into summer, I went up to go turn on the water spigot on the second floor balcony, but no water. Turns out they forgot to connect those pipes which now involves ripping holes in my ceiling and walls to access. Great... I scheduled an appointment for them to come fix it, and they no showed, with no calls or contact or anything. At this point I'm just going to call another plumber who will actually do this right.

I understand now why the Yelp reviews are so poor. There's lots of other plumbing companies available and I'd definitely recommend calling someone else instead of Advanced Plumbing.

How is company still in business? This driver tonight was cutting people off, slamming his breaks, and riding people. This driver on 9 leaving Snohomish around 7:30 is going to cause a serious accident and the company is going to get sued. If their drivers are this horrible, I can only imagine the half hearted service they provide. Wasn't surprised when I looked up their phone number and saw 7 - one star review. Not a single rating higher.

I haven't actually used this company services but the driver in van number 81 is an idiot. Speeding, riding peoples butts, using the carpool lane with only one guy in the van, it's a very bad look for the company.

Me and my son got a job working for Advanced Plumbing/ RIPPOFFS I worked 18 hours and my son worked 3 hours From December of last year and they refused to pay us, and we still havent gotten paid. I spoke with the head of HR at least 10 times she said she will send a check certefied mail it never happened. The worst company ever. Terrible company I dont know how people give them business.

Called to make an appointment and a date was set. I told Advanced Plumbing I needed a new hose for my kitchen sink. Advanced Plumbing called me back the next day telling me I had to buy the whole faucet. It would cost $250.00. I told Advanced Plumbing, it was only hose I needed and cancelled their services. I went on line (should have done to begin with) and Moen had hose in stock. Total cost to me was $35. A far codt from the ridiculous price quoted to me of 250.
I wish I cost give the a lower score.

I am a homeowner whose Nortiz tankless unit was installed by Advanced Plumbing and Heating in 2016. The unit has given us trouble from day one, and we finally figured out why: based on an extensive discussion with the manufacturer including an exchange of photos, the manufacturer confirmed that the unit was installed incorrectly and has created a safety hazard.

Advanced has been extremely difficult to work with on this repair, despite having visited our home twice in the past 12 months and assuring us that the problem was solved. Advanced's customer is the builder and not the homeowner; they have no incentive to keep you happy or do the right thing.

By the way, don't try reaching them on weekends for emergency service. Their voice mail is not even set up and they do not operate an after hours line! This tells you everything about whether they stand behind their work.

Called for service on equipment they installed and proudly display their company info on front of water tank. Was told they only work with builders and referred me to a different company.The other company will not respond to emails or text after they had scheduled an appointment and had to reschedule. I've called Advanced Plumbing 2 more times for another referral or any type of help. There is currently no heat in the unit! Both times a lady told me she would talk to manager and get back to me. No one has returned my call. I'm very frustrated with their lack of professionalism or concern for their own product.

This is the worst company to ever go to for your plumbing needs.In my new home my bathtub was plumbed incorrectly so no hot water would come out of the faucet at all. They did come and fix it within a week but they had to remove the tile on the face of the tub and un-pinch the line leading to the hot water. This shouldn't have happened in the first place if they had tested everything before it got enclosed in the tile. We requested shower heads that had the hand shower. Since their normal brand, who I've never heard of before, didn't have what I showed in an example I was told that they would install Moen throughout. This I was looking forward to due to their warranty. Then we got to closing and find out that the Moen wouldn't work and had to go back to the other because the valves they installed wouldn't work with the Moen. The only one that did get Moen was the entry bathroom, which now doesn't match the rest of the house. It took a number of weeks after moving in before they installed the hand held in the two tiled showers and still haven't received the one for the third bathroom. After multiple appointments being set up we still don't have the shower head. They said that the rod type head wouldn't work in the fiberglass wall, which it could be pulled out by accident. We agreed and have selected another shower head to replace. We have made multiple appointments to have this installed. We have had to call them to find out why their person didn't show up and haven't received return phone calls explaining. One again we showed up for an appointment and no one showed up. Called the emergency line, since the office was closed, and was told I would receive a call back. Once again this didn't happen. We called again and asked why the person didn't show up and was told an attachment wasn't in the box and that they tried to call. Well my phone records on my cell phone shows that they didn't call, or leave a voice mail again. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. Their receptionist also has been rude to us when trying to get this completed and hasn't been sympathetic to the fact that we moved in 9 months ago and still haven't received our items that should have been installed before closing.

I would not give a star to this company if I have a choice. I had my brand new house plumbed by this company a few months ago and the plumber did not give me the siphon breaker for my outdoor cold faucet and gave me a bad breaker for my hot/cold faucet and one good hot/cold faucet. One of the hot/cold faucets was not even screwed to the wall. When I called the company two days ago and talked to Tora about it, she said she will have a plumber call and fix the issue. I never heard from them again. Don't ever use this company, this family owned business assigns a particular plumber to you. If that plumber does not finish his job or do a bad job, you are dead in the water. My plumber moved to California to chase his girlfriend and abandoned his job, I was left in the cold. If I called the company to take care of any warranty work, nothing happens. The worst of it is that the plumber installed 2 discontinued hot/cold faucets and no plumbing house sells the siphon breakers so my hot/cold faucets are useless for operation. No water hose can attach to the hot/cold faucet. I am wishing this company to go belly up someday, because the family business has no heart and does not deserve a place in the market place.
