My faucet in the utility sink in the laundry room was leaking and there was water all over floor. I panicked and wasn't sure who to call, but I reached out to Advanced Plumbing and David reached out to me almost immediately. I was given a very reasonable quote and he was out the very next morning. He did a very clean job and only took about an hour. He even replaced a piece of another pipe for the same quoted price. I will definitely recommend Advanced Plumbing and will definitely use their services again if needed.

I found Advanced Plumbing through Yelp and have used their services twice so far. They provided a quick response to my inquiries both times. I value that they were honest, fair and prices are reasonable. They called to let me know when they were on there way and they were on time. The first time i used them i had a really bad clog in my kitchen drain, the clog was so bad it had to be removed from the pipe in the basement. They were able to remove the clog and backed their work with a 30 day guarantee. That gave me great peace of mind. The second time i used them was for a problem i was having with my stack pipe. I was fortunate to not need the entire stack replaced. The cap to the stack was decayed and so they were able to replace it.

Just a note that they don't cover their shoes/boots so if you don't wear shoes/boots in your home or your concerned that they might track debris and etc. you might want to provide them with shoe covers.

They get the job done right but they don't really clean up the work area. So be aware that the job will get done right, but you might need to go behind them and clean up the area they were working in.

Overall a solid experience.

I can not say enough good things about this family operated company. David and his team are very professional, efficient and reliable. We found them on this site and have not one regret. We live out of town and was trying to find a plumber for my sister-in-law who is elderly but lives in Philly. We scheduled the appointment with ease, and when David and his team showed up, we were very impressed with their work. They repaired a toilet that was backed up, and also the pipes under the kitchen sink, which were outdated. They are truly a family who prides themselves on integrity. I would suggest to anyone who is in need of a plumber to give them a try. You will be glad you did!

This was a great experience from start to finish! I put in a request through Yelp and received a quick response with a very reasonable quote. It was an emergency need (drain cleaning) and they were able to accommodate me within 4 hours. I had something else scheduled that I couldn't miss and asked for an hour delay. Not an issue and Dave said they'd call before coming out to confirm the time was still good. Honestly, I didn't believe I was really going to see someone so quickly, but I was wrong! Brittany called later on to confirm time was still good and give a heads up that the tech was 45 minutes away. Steve (the tech) called when he was 15 minutes away. He arrived and went right to work. Less than 20 minutes, drain cleared and all is good. Even better is that this was all done from outside the house.
As another reviewer pointed out, they work through Yelp, messaging, texting, and provided a quote with out the usual ""OK, just give us a call"" (after painstakingly sending all the details in the initial request). Advanced Plumbing fully met my expectations and then some.
