Quick response time through the yelp messaging interface, very prompt (a few minutes early I think), showed up wearing masks, reasonably priced. If I had to think of something negative, it's that he didn't introduce himself when he showed up and wasn't super pleasant at first. That said, he's a plumber not a politician and I didn't hire him for the small talk. :-) Bottom line, he's a professional, he knows what he's doing. I will definitely call this company again when I need a plumber in the future and I would absolutely recommend him without hesitation.

One more thing. Finding a contractor that returns calls (or messages) and is super punctual is rare. To find one that's both of those and does good work for a reasonable rate is... more than five stars imho.

I had the misfortune to call Advanced Plumbing, Heating, & Drain Cleaning, located in Philadelphia, Pa., for service. The call was received by a woman who took our contact information and an appointment was made a few days in advance. The appointment was confirmed for 4/1/2021 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. When no service truck arrived after 10:00 am, we waited until 11:00 am, and recalled the company and received a recording, and requested a return call. Four additional calls were made with no callback.

I finally made another call at 12:30 pm, and spoke to the receptionist, to find out the problem with the service call. She indicated that she called our phone number and there was no answer, and she canceled our service call. We have a caller ID and answering service and no call was placed to our home.

My complaint focuses on the unprofessional way this service call was handled at the appointment desk, and leaving us hanging without a phone call indicating the arrival time would be delayed. It seemed the calls were taken off-site at a home office, by a very unprofessional call-taker.

The company may have some very professional plumbers, but the appointment desk needs supervision and mature call takers...

David helped install our hot water heater gas valve. During the install David was very helpful and responsive to my phone calls. I would highly refer advanced plumbing to others and will contact them on all future projects.

Caution !! Beware !!

Literally took $1309 for Heater repair and then did not fix the heater.

Then told me heater had to be replaced and the $1309 was gone for parts.

Cursed at me on the phone when I asked for a refund !
Preparing for civil suit against them , beware !!

Very professional Plumber and his sons. They came on time and wearing masks, gloves and were able to replace the tub faucet efficiently. Despite the original faucet being glued using construction adhesive, these guys were able to troubleshoot, remove and replace and install correctly. Everything works perfectly. Highly recommended.

I requested an appointment and received a message that someone from the office would contact me. Apparently they couldn't be bothered so Roto-Rooter got the $8,000 job.

They could have easily ripped me off because I am clueless but instead were not only honest but also reliable, reasonably priced, friendly, fast, and professional. I hope I never have another plumbing issue, but if I do I'll call this company again!
