I need shower pan replaced. David came out to look at shower so he could give me an estimate for the repair. It has been over a week and I still have not received a call with an estimate. Does not seem very reliable to me. Do not recommend.

Dave was extremely professional and very quick to respond. I was quoted some ridiculously high prices and long wait times from other plumbers but Dave was able to come out the very next day and get the job done in half the time and price! His prices are very reasonable! If it wasn't for him I would probably have a flood in my kitchen waiting for the other plumbers to call me back. I have a few other projects that need to be done around my home and I definitely know who I will be calling for my future plumbing jobs!! I can't say enough about how great Dave & Chuck are. Response time is quick and prices are reasonable. They go above and beyond, especially with the leak under my kitchen sink which is granite and required different types of parts. David has helped me out twice and I won't hesitate to call again in the future. First time he was going to replaced a collapsed sewer pipe that a previous plumber diagnosed as the cause of drain clog. David came out and assessed the situation, was able to unclog the drain with a snake, and recommended not replacing the sewer pipe, which would have cost thousands of dollars and was likely not even necessary. Saved us time, money, headache, and got the problem fixed.

Second time was for a pilot light that went out on a hot water heater. He troubleshooted from afar and got us up and running again in no time.

I had a plumber give us an estimate prior to David coming over and he tried to double charge us . David was honest and went out of his way to find the exact problem of the leak.
