We contacted Advanced Plumbing in the morning and were told we would receive a call back shortly. Waited 3 hours, nothing; called back and told same thing, nothing. Repeated this 4 times with no one ever returning our call for our plumbing emergency. They advertise 24 hour emergency service by the way. If they were too busy to provide service, fine, but at least have the courtesy and professionalism to call back and tell us that. Terrible customer service.

Sorry to post this as they may very well be great overall. This is more to do with their advertised 24/7 emergency service. If you're going to make such a claim on your website, you should be available or at least contact the customer and let them know you're too busy to come out. I called twice (at least an hour apart) and I was assured of a callback. No one called back. Hours later, never a call or acknowledgement.

So, just a heads up to look elsewhere for the 24/7 service they advertise. It sounds like they do a good job otherwise.

i have called Advanced plumbing 3 times now and Scott has fixed my problems quickly and at a very reasonable cost. if you need something fixed call Advanced. Advanced is my plumbing and heating company from now on. Thanks Scott

Our water heater needed replacement and Advanced Plumbing and Heating quickly responded with a quote and a definite time frame for the new installation. Mr. Scott Terrill is very efficient and professional. We highly recommend Mr. Terrill and his company for all your plumbing needs. My understanding,according to Mr. Terrill, no job. whether small or large, is turned down. This was my second dealing with this company and I highly recommend it. Val F.

I almost never take the time do write reviews however I tend to go to them as a huge source when selected a new company to work with. So I am writing this review for two reasons. first to give you info on this amazing company for plumbing and heating needs and to give back to the same sort of folks like me that really rely on this sort of communication when needed to pick a plumbing or heating company. When trouble hits, sometimes you never really know where to turn. Advanced Plumbing & Heating LLC in Southbury CT is the company you need to select if you live in Fairfield county. I think they may even service Litchfield and other areas as well. We had a situation with no heat in one of our zones and did not know the way to go. Scott - i think owner of the company was a absolute professional while being super nice. This company knows there stuff. They were quick to respond and super great to work with. The most important thing i want to get out in this message is that they offer superior technically ability to get any plumbing and heating needs fixed and quick. AND the most important thing i want to stress is that they are trustworthy. They do not overcharge their customers. They bill appropriately and do not try to bill for things that were not needed. This is HUGE. They are Honest professionals.WOW - Is all i can say. I promise you - go with them. You will be writing about them as well!! They are that good. :)
