Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating! Wow! Pretty super!
I'm thermostat-challenged and Craig explained in very clear detail what was going on with my heating.

I thought something was broken but he explained how the thermostat works when the outside weather changes and how it can affect things. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but there was something I was missing and Craig talked to me very patiently explained everything I needed to know. Sent somebody out here to double check. Yes everything was OK.
This old lady needs a time-out!

Our home had a A/C outage during the heatwave and we were fortunate our Home Warranty company put is in touch with Craig and Advanced Plumbing and, Heating and Air conditioning.

Craig was able to come out the same day to diagnose our problem and unfortunately we needed a new A/C Unit. Thanks again for making the effort during the heatwave! Throughout the process his communication was impeccable. From giving timelines and texting us the ETA's of his technicians, he was spot on in keep us informed on the entire processes.

Thanks again to his entire team (Lupe, Brandon and Arnold) that helped us from diagnosis to completing the installation. Everyone was more then professional and friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to give Craig and his company a try as we will definitely reach out to him for our future needs.

I called Advanced because my furnace wasn't working. They responded quickly and were able to send someone next day to see what the problem was. The technician Sergio was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had the gas valve on his van so didn't have to wait long. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was causing the problem. We really appreciate their prompt service and professionalism. Definitely recommend

So much weird weather we're having here & of course my AC decides to stop working. An actual day I want to use it. Called Advanced Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning & they had a technician come out the same day. Their technician Sergio was prompt & diagnosed the issue fast. His knowledge of HVAC was amazing. He had my AC up in running within an hour. Their office staff were also very polite & friendly. Thank you again for the quick & quality service!

Craig and Lupe are superb! Lupe is fantastic with communicating and Craig is incredibly driven to give his customers the results they are looking for! Our central air condition is old and had A LOT of problems to say the least! This thing broke down constantly during the hottest days of the summer (always a new problem) and Lupe made sure we were put in the schedule at the soonest possible time! Craig was always here to give us the fix and stayed longer than he had to make sure the unit was still running 30 minutes AFTER fixing the problem! thank you both for your awesome help and making sure my new 3 month old son slept through night peacefully!

Our AC unit broke and was inspected in early June. It is now mid-July and the technician still has not provided the warranty company with a complete report on what type of combo unit to order. How hard can that be?

My tenant had no air conditioning for a month until my crappy property management (Mark Andersen) got their damn act together and followed up with the piece of crap air conditioning company (Advance Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. ) who had come out to do an estimate to fix it. Do yourself a favor steer clear from these two. When Tami finally called me to authorize the work on my new central air conditioning unit she wanted a quick response because they'd already sat on their butts for a month during the hottest August I can remember. She wanted me to authorize a replacement of the duct work, addition of dampers and a attic fan for a unit that was not cooling at all. The cost $2,974.91 plus a very cheap $495.52 for the said attic fan. ON A FOUR YEAR OLD unit. I said no! The unit is new and should be under warranty (mind you they only preauthorized the cost because it was so much, if not they'd have gone ahead and had the work done. I called the Tenant after Tami was so rude not to return my call, first question I had for him was when was the last time you changed the filter? He said hummm whhhaat filter? I said well obviously the air filter to the air conditioning unit. Yeah the management company that rented them the house NEVER informed them that hey had to change the filter. So two and a half years later the filter is so clogged up that zero air was going up the air intake to the unit! This cause the unit to heat to approximately 600 degrees which blew the intake metal hose to install the Freon into the unit so the unit was run on zero Freon. But this idiotic Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. didn't bother to ask about the air filter, they didn't bother to check the air filter, they didn't bother to check the compressor for Freon on a unit that was not cooling, no they wanted to make a whopper of a sale of duct work, dampers and attic fan. I even wonder how much of a kickback Mark Andersen was going to get from this deal as immediately upon telling them I would take care of this and leaving a message with Lauren that the wait time my tenant had had to wait was not acceptable. They decided that we had different ideas of what they should be doing for me and terminated my contract! Thank heavens for small favors in all the replacement of the pipe, labor and Freon cost $795.00 and the unit is back to working perfectly. And I did spend the $3,470.48 on a unit that is only four years old! I can't help but think if these people had gotten away with this senseless repair I'd be out that money and more because the unit would still not be working. Please do your due diligence, go elsewhere these people are horrendous!

These guys are the real thing. From Lupe to Craig they are wonderful, professional and get it done.
With the heat of summer and my A/C deciding to stop working, I was beside myself, and very hot. I called and Lupe was on it. Craig, the owner, called me right back, asked me a couple of questions and was out cool me down right away. This ended up being a tricky repair. But with Craig's years of experience and fortitude, he nailed it. Prices were fair and the experience was way beyond what I expected.

During our recent amheatwave, my air conditioner needed immediate service. I contacted Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating. Craig responded in a very timely manner and immediately corrected my problem. Even though it was 98 degrees in Diamond Bar, Craig remained courteous and professional. Because of Craig's expertise, I will continue to rely on this company's service. I have been a loyal customer since 2008 and will contact Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating for all my A/C and PLUMBING needs.

It has been two days since they came out. They came out on Thursday. Diagnosis was that compressor is likely bad but need to check with their tech support. I called them for an update yesterday they stated they would call me back and they didn't. I called today and spoke to Craig he said they needed to trouble shoot some more and there is a 90% chance they will be back out on Tuesday. Not a great experience with this company so far. Why can't an experienced technician get out here and trouble shoot, call tech support if needed, find the problem even if it means be here 2 hours, and correctly diagnose and we move on to ordering parts. Looks like we are in with this for weeks hope it's not more than one month. I will update this review as we go.
