Ashley, Cal, APHA team went above beyond our expectations from from beginning to end w/ our water heater issues. I called APHA/Ashley about a week ago, she patiently answered all my water heater questions in a professional manner, and scheduled an appointment.
In my initial interaction w/ Cal (tech) and after explaining him our problem, showing him a vid clip of our unit showing symptoms, his immediate reaction was try to resolve by calling the manufacturer of our water heater to see how it can be repaired at minimal cost to us. Since it would have to cost us more replace a part, he suggested for us to replace the whole unit. He went above and beyond our expectations and provided us w EXCELLENT SERVICE. We'll definitely use APHA again and we highly recommend them for your Water Heater needs.

The same day I discovered a leak in the wall leading to my outside faucet I called Advanced PH&A and a plumbing tech came out and assessed the problem quickly and with a free quote. When I called the next day to see if the problem could be fixed, the office staff sensed my immediate concerns, and were quick to call him about his availability. The tech adjusted his schedule and came and fixed the problem that same day. The most important thing was having the confidence knowing my plumbing problem was being fixed correctly and by a professional. Great customer service!! I highly recommend Advanced PH&A....5 STARS

Recently had Advanced Plumbing from Vacaville come by to provide an estimate for fast leaking water pipe under house. Plumber offered a single option. A most disruptive and expensive option. 7300 was the estimate involving jackhammering and concrete work. I found a plumber who fixed it for under a thousand without the jackhammering and concrete work (I did some digging and rooting). ""Good service at a Fair price"". Is that too much to ask? Price gouging who needs it? Thing is, when a customer has a significant leak, plumbers think they have you. I say, be patient and keep looking for an Honest Abe.

We had an issue with our AC leaking, RIGHT before a weekend that it was set to be 103 degrees all weekend! I live with my husband, teenager and two dogs. I was panicking, and after talking to 5 individuals (from other companies) who were very rude and raised my anxiety and said they couldn't come out for a day or so, I spoke with Raul who was very kind and understanding and calming, and was able to send Noe to our home to take a look at the issue within two hours. Noe was also very kind and answered all of me and my husband's questions and was very clear and showed us what was wrong. We were treated very well and we are very happy with their service! My AC is up and running again, and now we are more clear on servicing it! Thank you Noe for saving the day and your very kind professionalism!

Discovered our water heater was leaking severely from the bottom of the unit early this morning. I left a message and received a return call promptly and a same day appointment! Cesar was the primary technician and he was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to provide a quote. The water heater was replaced within 2 hours! I am very pleased with the work and with the customer service provided by everyone I interacted with today. Thank you so much for the quality work! I had a leak under my house and was having a hard time finding a reputable plumbing company. I spoke to the owners who were VERY friendly and helpful. They sent out Caesar and Marco the following day. These two did a great job,were on time, communicated what was going on ,explained the repair process and were finished in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company and these 2 plumbers. They worked together, I felt very comfortable with them and felt that they were honest in the information regarding the job. Its hard to get that when your dealing with situations that you are not familiar with and can be taken advantage of easily with cost of repairs. Great Company and employees!!!!!

I called Advanced Plumbing to find out if they could repair the bath/shower valve in my bathroom which was frozen. I needed to know if they could do it without going through the wall behind bathroom which is in a completely full closet. Having had surgery recently, I couldn't move anything per doctor's orders. Ashley kindly explained to me that a technician could come by and provide a free estimate at no cost in about 3 hours. Jeff came by as promised, explained he had a special tool to extricate the jammed cartridge out of the front of the valve. He also said he could do it right now. Despite a stubborn jam being caused by debris in the water line, he removed and replaced the cartridge. Also he replaced the spout and the drain valve. He also repaired a leak in the spout which could have caused great problems.

Outstanding work with a rapid response at reasonable prices!! Now I can use the bath & shower!

I highly recommend Advanced Plumbing located in Vacaville, CA, but servicing Solano County. If you have leaking faucets, or any drips anywhere or perhaps you need a new garbage disposal unit, I can tell you that I have had the best service ever as far as friendly, professional, punctual, and get-the-job done performance goes. I have recommended them already to family, and I will continue to recommend them to my friends. I believe they also service AC and heating projects. Excellent service!

Advanced Plumbing was the only company who called us back the next morning after we left voicemails the previously night for our plumbing issue. Kids broke an irrigation pipe at a PVC Tee and we had to shut off our water main. We dug up the ground to expose the broken pipe. Company very professional and technician Chris was great. In less than an hour (not including his travel time for parts or dry time), he repaired the pipe and capped off what we needed. I'm familiar with ""charge by the job, not the hour"", but $500 was painful. And with 5 kids and 14+ hours without running water, that's what emergencies funds are for.
