My furnace went out and I called Advanced on MLK holiday. Lindsey answered the phone and I was so grateful that someone was open on a holiday. She scheduled an appointment for the next day. She sent Arlen to fix my furnace and I'm so glad she did. He was so professional, going over everything with me in a kind, calm manner. He repaired my furnace and I consider him my hero as he went out of his way more than once to fix it. I appreciate him so much and highly recommend him to help you. Also, he was honest and only fixed what needed to be fixed, not more or less. It's great to be able to trust a company to do right by you. Thank you again Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air!

I called Advance Plumbing Heating and Air because I had an issue with my main line clogging up and my sink in my garage clogging. Carissa and Amanda were super pleasant to speak with when I called! They sent out Taqee in a reasonable time and on a Sunday (with no extra weekend charge) and got the job done!! He was nice and easy to work with! They were quick and efficient and it seems they fixed the issue. This is the 2nd time I have used them and will probably be the only ones I call if I have plumbing issues in the future, but hopefully not! I would totally recommend this company to family and friends!

After I requested online, Advanced plumbing contacted me immediately and was very friendly to confirm my appointment. Taqee and his assistant were on time and friendly and fixed the problem very quickly. He was patient and was able answer my questions including on other plumbing issues that I had.

If I could give them more stars I would. I live in an older home and needed my main line flushed. It was an issue that happened a couple years ago . They did an initial snaking of the line but by that night I was having the problem again. They got Jeff the plumbing manager out the next morning . He explained there was something stopping his snake at about the 50 ft mark. I knew there was potentially an issue with tree roots and the main line. This was going to potentially be a very expensive event . Jeff made time for me that afternoon and we planned to install a clean out, which could potentially solve my problem and keep from having to replace the main line but that was to be seen. ) They moved a 300 lb potted jade plant to begin the work and realized the clean out was under the plant. They were able to resolve my issue right then and didn't charge me anymore . What i'd paid the first time they came out was all they expected even though they made another visit out. I was so relieved that there wasn't anymore cost. I felt like they had great response time, customer service and integrity throughout the entire ordeal.

Noe and crew did a excellent job replacing our under ground water line no easy job since it's under concrete and a storage shed.
They were hard working and knew what they were doing. I will ask for Noe again when I have plumbing issues. Please tell him I was very happy with the work. I managed 400 employees in 28 different locations in California for close to 50 years and I know good people when I see them and Noe is one of them. Take care of him he is a asset to your company.

Advanced Plumbing has been great to us from the beginning. Initially called them for a leak under the kitchen sink. Asked the office if the plumber could also take a look at an issue we were having with old solar water tanks on the roof. Though the office wasn't sure what I was talking about and if they could help, they added it to the work order to check out. Jason came over and found there was no repair needed for the sink, just a simple twist of a couple parts. No charge. He inspected the roof and saw the problem right away. I called a few other plumbing companies, general contractors, and handy men prior to this and no one knew what I was talking about. My family took awhile to move forward with the repairs as we needed roofers involved too, but one thing was certain - there was no other plumbing company we wanted to work with. They also provide military and senior discounts. The repair time ended up shorter than expected so in the end some labor was even reduced! The office staff was always professional and courteous. Thank you Lindsey and Amanda, and all who I spoke with. I appreciated that every type of communication was recorded or logged. Advanced Plumbing provided excellent customer service and communication throughout this process. I would recommend them to anyone. The cherry on top was the honesty and integrity of Jason. Thank you Jason for your expertise and exceptional customer care!

Their estimate was four times the next highest ridiculous. Not worth the time.I would advise going with someone else

Thank you for your note and your reply. Though your team came out and did the estimate was impressive with their iPad. The end results we got the work performed for 12% of what your invoice was. We were almost 10 times the estimate price that we paid. I can understand overhead , but that's a little ridiculous. Thank you for coming out.

OMG they are a life saver... My son stuck a whole old school juice jug down the toilet . They was able to pull it out in less than 10 min cause it was very deep in there . They came on time and was fast and efficient. I will call again in future if a problem arise ... There prices are very affordable and worth it
