Our garbage disposal went out late on a Monday night combined with a clog in our kitchen sink. I called on Tuesday morning assuming no one would be able to come out for a few days. Advanced Plumbing said they had an available appt an hour after I called. The techs that came out were friendly and respectful. They even wiped up the floor where they had been coming in and out of the house!

I had a high pressure water leak coming from my main line to the city. I first had a contractor come take a look to provide an estimate. Not only did they make the leak worse when inspecting it, they quoted me $1,200 to fix it, which was outrageous. I passed on them and called Advanced Plumbing and Heating. Jason was able to come out within 30 minutes of me calling. He and Ivan were respectful and straightforward. He gave me a fair quote which was half the amount the first contractor provided. He got the work done quick and thankfully I don't have to go without running water. Highly recommend. 5 Stars.

I actually called Advanced Plumbing as a second opinion on an issue I had with rattling pipes. First plumber was very unsure, and couldn't definitively diagnose the issue. Advanced had Cal over the day after I called. He diagnosed the issue, was able to tell me the how/why it was happening, and FIXED the issue within the same appointment. Cal was super knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I would call them again in a heartbeat!

I have used Advanced Plumbing Heating & Air for two plumbing projects now and had great experience both times. We were very pleased with our bathroom remodel Jeff and Chris helped us with last year so when our hot water heater went out recently they were my first call. Both times we called, someone was at our house within 24 hours. Chris got our hot water working in a couple of hours and was a pleasure to work with. He even cheerfully listened to my son ramble on about video games and imaginary super heroes. Advanced Plumbing will always be the first call I make (after I realize I'm in over my head on a repair).

This company is awesome! From the time that we met Enrique to close the contract with us to the installation (Joseph/ Chase/ Mike) it was such a smooth process. With emphasis on excellent customer service. The cost of brand new air conditioning isn't a joke, but with it comes tip top quality and reliability which all clients look for.

I really couldn't have had a better experience. Our family has a 1-week old baby and our water heater sprung a leak suddenly. Chris G and his partner arrived at our house within minutes and got right to work. They were extremely friendly and professional and clearly knew what they were doing. They provided a quote and had everything completed within a couple hours and the final price wasn't a penny more than what they quoted. I think we got a little lucky with their availability but we just really couldn't have asked for more. Thanks guys!!!

They earned their 5 star rating. I had a leak in our 1st floor ceiling and needed to get it fixed ASAP to prevent further water savage. I called on Saturday morning and they were able to get me in the same day. Taqee came out that afternoon and was polite and professional. He went straight to work diagnosing the problem which ended up being the toilet upstairs leaked and it was causing water damage to the first floor. While they don't carry toilets on their work trucks he went to Home Depot with me to get a new toilet, brought it back to my house and installed it quickly and disposed of the old leaking toilet. You don't find customer service like that very often,if at all. Price was fair too. Would highly recommend this company and will be calling them from now on for my plumbing needs.
