I've used Advance Plumbing three times and they have been great each and every time. Minor impact to our business. The first call (2017) was an unknown water leak. Showed up in two hours. Located two leaks, one next to our building and second leak under a sidewalk. They cut the concrete fixed the supply line and put the concrete back into place and saved me $ by not complete busting up my sidewalk. The second was a quick response, less than 15 minutes to call back and 3 hours on site for a major water leak under an asphalt parking lot. They coordinated with other contractors to cut the asphalt and completely took care of the job. Followed up to make sure I was happy with the work. The third was a toilet that wouldn't stop flush. Not a typical fix. Roots had grown 20' into and clogged the waste line. Brought in a power auger and cleaned out the roots. Fixed in about six hours after calling. Thanks for the hard work! I'll call them again when needed.

Without a doubt the worse plumbing experience I've ever had. Would not recommend to anyone. Charged for incomplete job, installed incorrectly. Banged up unit to boot.
