I've experienced COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE at every level, from the top down. I recommend you STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I own a rental property in St Pete, FL and I contacted this company back in April 2018 because the kitchen faucet was leaking. They said they would go out and check it, but I never received any calls from them to follow up. Shortly afterwards, I got an invoice in the mail for $573!!! I called my tenant to see if he knew what was going on and he informed me that Advanced Plumbing came out and installed a new faucet without my authorization. Not only that, but they didn't even install it properly because it wouldn't fully swing over the sink!! I contacted the company to let them know that they screwed up my kitchen faucet and that I needed an explanation for the absurd invoice I received. I later got a call from Rick (CFO) who explained to me that the technician, took it upon himself to buy a $250 faucet from Home Depot and install it in my rental property! The technician also charged me for the time he spent shopping at Home Depot and grabbing his lunch....then he doubled that amount to charge me for his """"helper"""". During that conversation, Rick apologized for all the discrepancies, said he would get the labor charges fixed and that he just needed to find out the situation with the faucet before he could resolve my invoice discrepancies. Here we are 4 months later and they just finally got out to fix the faucet (only found out because my tenant told me), but still no word about the invoice. I've emailed Rick and their invoicing office every few weeks for the past several months and they have made zero effort to resolve this issue. The only correspondence I've gotten from them lately is an email telling me that I am 90+ days late paying the invoice!...are you serious??!!!! All I can say is, this better not go to collections and damage my credit report as a result of their incompetence!

A nightmare. The quote guy claimed they had done """"hundreds"""" of tub surround installs but the guys who showed up to do the work up admitted they had zero experience in tub surround installs. For two days they stomped around in our brand new tub with heavy work boots on and on top of debris, damaging the tub. They also ruined a bedroom door and shattered a flower vase. The plumbing behind the walls was done so poorly it has to be redone immediately. Meanwhile, """"Advanced Plumbing"""" has bailed on us, keeping the 50% down we gave them and leaving us to find another plumber who'll will redo what they screwed up, not an easy task, along with a carpenter to replace the door. Every workman showed up an hour or more late as did the owner when she came by to assess her own workmens' shoddy work and the damage done. Even the """"CFO"""" who told me they were bailing on us has failed to send an email to that effect, as he said he would.

Advance Plumbing is an excellent trusted reliable company for my need. Good workmanship. They have been providing several excellent services for my house, and if they need to comeback to check on the job, they will do it immediately. The plumbers are very professional, nice and skilled. John did a beautiful work for my water heater, after the job was done, he cleaned up the area spotless. I will not hesitated to recommend this company for friends and colleagues. BA Berger

DON' CALL THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY DON'T FINISHED THE JOB AND ARE A RIP OFF!!!! Called Advanced Plumbing in St . Pete FL to come out to check a clog in our pipe lines. Make a long story short. It took 8 visits and over $2000.00 to get the last technician to suggest to my husband to go to Home Depot to get a part to attached to our hose to finish the job. I've called the Owner of the company (Margaret) and she did nothing but pass us off to her Field Supervisor who proceeded to argue and raise his voice to me. We gave them every opportunity to fix the issue. They say they have done everything they can do. Seems kind of odd that my husband and Home Depot can finish the job. Should've NEVER called them to begin with. l've called Channel 8 news on my side to make it known the treatment we are receiving at the end, when all we want is to get the job finished. We are proceeding with our attorney to get 50% of our money back because they only did 50% of the work. AND we have one more little detail that we saved for the end. That will come out with our attorney.
