Julio, the owner, was on the phone with me on 3 separate occasions, which included a Friday night at 9:45pm, and took the time to answer all my questions. I know I must have been a pest, trying to come up with the best solution to replace my water heater. He was patient and honest. Of course I shopped around. No one took the time like Julio did. He came in with his team, masked up and ready to work. I have elderly in the home. Communication was so great, he had pictures and a video of what to expect. It wasn't an easy job, due to the space constraints and shoddy job that was done 15 years ago. He ran new copper pipes and replaced the valve with a ball valve! In all, I was very happy with the work and transparency he and his team provided.

He came over to our house the next morning, investigated the situation and resolved our problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
