This is the worst plumber in the universe. Not only did he outright refuse to do any work or help in any way, he bad mouthed me to my tenants and made up false stories about why he failed to fix several leaks. This company is full of lazy and incompetent people that only care about ripping off their customers. Please go elsewhere!

What sort of pumping company comes needing to borrow a flash light to do the work and towels to clean up the water leak they must cause to verify the leak.

NEVER USE THEM! I used Advanced after our regular plumber, Joseph C Bauer, who was great, couldn't service us and cancelled several times. Advanced sent out a fine crew to replace a fill and flush valve assembly for a toilet, but they completely messed up on a second visit to repair a water filter system in the kitchen. They didn't know what to do, but disconnected everything, said they were going to order a part, and 3 calls, 6 weeks later, acknowledged that they didn't know what to do and had never ordered the part. There's terrible service and untruths with ADVANCED. There's no shame in saying, I don't know what to do and we're not going to take on this project. AWFUL SERVICE!

Although they came later than expected because of other jobs that came up, they were the only folks who answered their phone on weekends and who could come the next day when my hot water heater died on a Saturday morning. The people who came were knowledgable and clearly explained what they were doing when I asked. They also noted that the chimney needed upgrading to meet a changed code and, although they didn't have the needed duct with them, they had that taken care of at the next available time. I am very pleased with their work.

Same experience as previous yelper. I should've known from the way the phone was answered. Not only unprepared, but didn't put down a drop cloth and left a HUGE mess on my new floors. Felt uncomfortable (like they were casing the place) and they were untrustworthy as they quoted me almost 3x the normal price on a job estimate. They forgot they quoted me 2x the amount the first time they came out to do the job that...by the way...was never properly resolved. Needless to say I went with someone else who did a quality job for a fraction of the cost.

Did not come prepared to complete job appropriately. When questioned about why not, response was had to get to next job. Their initial work was not satisfactory to resolve issue. Now they want to come back and charge even more to fix what should have been fixed the first service call. Always an excuse why they can't complete the job (I.e. not enough snake available). More concerned with volume than quality work,,
