I called Advanced Plumbing at close to 7p late on a Friday evening. The sewage line had backed up, and there was sewage all over the floor of the basement. I tried calling three different plumbers, but unsurprisingly, it's not easy to find someone who's available and willing to come over to your house at 7p on a Friday.

I am extremely grateful that Advanced Plumbing answered my call and was able to send someone to the house within the hour. The technician, Mike, was a true professional, and he helped to get the sewage line unblocked in very little time. He also very patiently answered my many questions concerning the nature of the blockage and how to proceed with cleaning up the basement.

The cost of the job was plenty fair. I am very grateful for the high level of service provided, and I would not hesitate to contact this company again.

If I could give 10 stars for Advanced Plumbing &Drain Cleaning...also listed as AAA Advanced...I most certainly would!! My 94+1/2 year old mother lives in a house built in 1880!! There are 2 trees that have always caused root trouble over the 6 plus decades she has lived in the house. She said...""CALL ADVANCED PLUMBING ...they did an amazing job years ago and cleared the roots blocking the sewage!!""
This past Friday...I didn't listen to mom's advice and called a different company that said ...after HOURS of trying....they were unsuccessful in breaking through the blockage. The next step would be a camera so they can determine where to dig!!!$$$$
So...always listen to your mother!! I FINALLY called Advanced Plumbing $ Drain Cleaning. I Never did tell Josh, their Technician, we had just hired another plumbing company 3 days earlier to clean out the line...but to no avail.
Today, Monday, Josh assessed both outside and inside sewage clean outs ...and with a determination and professional approach ...with a NEVER GIVE UP attitude...tackled the job after HOURS of determination and HARD WORK!! HE BUSTED A**!
I have 37 plus years as an Airline tech myself...and was in Management before retiring. You don't often see the type of worker that Josh of Advanced Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, Inc. is!! I thank God...he worked so hard...and just wouldn't quit!!! Thank you Josh...and mom ...at 94+1/2 is EXTREMELY GRATEFUL!!!

My new tenants said their drains were backing up, culminating in the basement sink overflowing. After calling 7 different plumbers on a Sunday Morning, only Advanced answered, took my info, and said they started work at 10am. True to their word, they arrived at 10am, went to my tenants home, fixed the problem, and I was able to pay by credit card. The charge was reasonable.

I called this plumber to install a toilet that I purchased myself. He installed the toilet even though it did not fit, and would not work. Did not say anything until he was finished that the toilet did not fit. I called the company 3 times before they told me that because I supplied the toilet there was nothing they would do. All I wanted to know was when he knew the toilet did not fit why did he go ahead and install. it. I will NEVER call them again.
