Do not use this guy I worked for him not only does he cut every corner u can he will threaten u and your mother. Then when u try to do it the right way he fired me so I asked for my final check and he told me I'm not fired I then told him I quit do to unsafe and ethical work conditions and I could not leave a customer house in the way that this guy does he calls it job security

I am a renter. The property management company called Advanced Plumbing (the number that called me matches this company, someone named Joe called me). I moved my work schedule around twice to get Advanced Plumbing to look at an issue. I was told he ""whiffed"" the first appointment. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled to have him come by. The appointment time comes and goes and no courtesy call or anything about him missing the appointment. I was forwarded when I tried to contact them. Extremely unprofessional.

Guy has an attitude. He does work maintenance and does ""construction"" for a property management so I'm sure he doesn't care for his customers. They left my ceiling open for days while waiting for repair and when I called he said it is out of his league where he should've put up a plastic before leaving the place to come back next week for a repair. Don't waste your time!

YAY the home contractor is parked in front of the house.....but I DIDN'T call any contractor!

So I come home from dropping my boys off at school, to see an APC tech truck parked on the wrong side of the road and right in from of my driveway. Blocking me from being able to get into the garage. So I park on the side of my house since I live on the corner of my street, and start walking up to my house and notice the back gate to my backyard is open.....but it was LOCKED!! Since it was locked, instead of call the home owner, the tech literally took the hinges off of my gate with it still locked to enter my back yard!

I walked in my backyard to find two techs back there and asked what they were doing there, because I didn't call for any repairs. One tech told me the property manager called to have a fence repaired...but I don't have a property manager because I own and live in my home. He pulled out the tech receipt and showed it to me and we both looked at the address they were to be working on. That was like 4 houses down from mine, one of the tech's was couldn't believe they had the got the house wrong, to which the other tech joked ""Good thing we didn't demo it"". The both tech ran back to the fence to put it back up.
