I called regarding a leak in our new construction home that this company was hired to work on originally. The receptionist told me I would receive a call after she relayed my issue to ""the guys,"" but I never received a call back. It's disappointing that we are having issues after only a couple of years after being built, and even more disappointing that no one ever followed up with me, whether due to lack of communication or poor organization/documentation skills. Going elsewhere.

I would give them no stars if I could. I set up an appointment with them to go out to look at the water heater for my rental in Victorville and guess what? They never showed up and didn't even bother to let me know.I found out about the no show when I called my tenants to follow up. To think that this company was recommended by the gas company. Don't waste your time with this unreliable company. First impression is everything and they failed to deliver.

I had a gas line leak that needed to be repaired. The first company I called sent someone out unprepared and without the proper equipment so I sent them away. Advanced was able to come out, fix everything, and ended up costing less than what the first company quoted. They told me how to pull the necessary permit ahead of time in order to save time/money overall. This company will be my new ""go-to"" plumber.
