Advanced Plumbing is by far the best plumbing service I have ever used. My family and I own 6 properties around the East Bay, and AP has serviced almost all of them over the past 2 years. They offer reliable and consistently good service, their employees are very clean around the work-site, and they were even able to take same day appointments!

Not only does the entire staff handle themselves with great professionalism, but the work is outstanding. On more than one occasion, AP has saved us money on finding creative, alternative-solutions to our plumbing needs.

Advanced Plumbing is on Top of their Game. I needed a new 75 Gallon Water Heated ASAP with all the new updated safety & compliance codes. Luckily for us they had a break and fit us in the same day. They came to my house and removed the old water heater and brought us the new latest greatest tank and installed it the same day. They even took my old water heater away with them for disposal. Edgar showed up on time, but in the 2 1/2 hours he spent snaking my drains, he was not able to remove the clog. He wanted to come back the next morning with another worker to go under the house and quoted me a $900 charge. I never did understand what he was talking about that he needed to do. I said I wanted a second opinion. He charged me $125 for the visit although nothing was fixed. When I made the appointment, they said the charge would be $59 for coming to my house. I should have argued with him about that but I was too tired and too frazzled from listening to the loud snaking going on all evening. In the morning another company came (Plumbing Care, Inc.) and fixed my problem for $250.

Sown was great. the clogg was rather complicated and I was very impressed by the cleaning after - he had rags and cleaning materials and made sure that everything is clean at the end of the job. He also had 3 different machines, some plumbers have only the large machine, but in this case the medium size machine saved the day, because the clog was at a place that was hard to reach.

These guys are Rock Stars! I've been trying to clear a blocked underground drainage system for over a year. I've worked with several plumbers, underground experts and well-known roto rooter companies--all to no avail.
Bill & Edgar from Advanced Plumbing solved the problem this morning in one visit! They are true professionals. They came prepared with the most advanced equipment, diagnosed the problem and cleared an underground drain that was severely blocked by invasive tree roots, using advanced cable cutters and high pressure hydro. They arrived when they promised, their equipment and appearance were spotless and professional and they left the work site clean.
They are now in my address book and will be the only place I go for professional plumbing help.

I chose them based on reviews and awards and Licences and insurance in their ad.The phone was answered immediately by Bill. He was very nice and took my information and gave an estimate of the technician arrival.. The Technician Antonio) arrived almost immediately. The quick response , and efficient service was a great stress reliever. They are knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and the Technician even cleaned up afterward. Great customer service. Overall our totally inconvenient and messy experience was turned into a much more pleasant one.
