Thank u Yelpers as this is how I found Bill. All the 5 stars reasons happened-he picked up my call which was @7:30 AM; responded to help me within 1/2 hr; diagnosed where I needed a new tankless water heater (fried heat exchanger). Bill was very willing to work w/me as I was working that day so we arranged a time when I could get back and he & his staff installed my new water heater that day. Sure it was hard to have to get a new one (caching) but it was all a good experience. I felt his charge was fair. He explained everything I asked; Bill & his staff were very polite & professional. Keep in mind that paying by check is better as then there will be the credit card fee charge. I really couldn't ask for any better so I'd call him again for help. Again, I experienced all the positives that the other 5 star raters did.

I know these guys have a lot of great reviews, but I had a bad experience with them.

I needed a underground pipe to my pool fixed and upon finding out we were going to need a second pipe fixed I volunteered to go get the part myself from the local hardware store (a telescoping PVC pipe). Returning with the part the Advanced Plumbing employee installed it and we thought we were done.

The following day I took one more look at the pipes before burying them and pouring concrete to discover I still had a small leak. They came back out and proceeded to tell me that since the part was purchased by me they couldn't warranty it and told me the part must have been defective. So here are some questions I have for them:

1. Why didn't they tell me that if I ran to get the part while they continued to work I was assuming the risk of the part being defective (by the way, there is no way this one piece of PVC is defective).
2. Why wouldn't they only install their own PVC, especially on projects that are below concrete so this kind of thing doesn't happen.
3. You guys are the experts, why wouldn't you tell me before install any of the risks involved with parts that are outside of their control?
4. Why didn't I get a quote before the start of the work? I was hit with a $460 bill for three hours of work that left one pipe still leaking.

Their fix for this situation was to split the cost of cutting out the pipe and installing their PVC which was another $250....no thanks fellas, I'll take my business elsewhere which is what I'm recommending others do. There are all kinds of other companies doing this kind of work, move on the next one that has good reviews...these guys deserve a pass if you want to make sure you get the job done correctly the first time.

I found Advanced Plumbing on Yelp and call them regarding my garbage disposal broke down in the Morning and bill returned my call within 10 minutes and told me he will have someone there within 1-2 hours. And the guy even showed up earlier and even replaced the brand new garbage disposal within no time. The price was also reasonable with all the warranty .Thanks Bill We need people like you who know what customer service is all about .I will be telling all my friends about you.

Nice Saturday morning..My garbage disposal broke. Called Advanced plumbing at 8:30 am talked to Bill. He was nice , professional and QUICK:) I need to leave home by 12 pm. Bill was at my place at 10 am by10:45am everything was done nice and neat. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

I had a toilet that was suddenly getting no water supply. I called Advanced Plumbing, got a next day appointment. The technician, Sergio, arrived early, diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, made the necessary repairs (replace and anchor the supply valve and lines) and was done in 30 minutes - actually just a few minutes after he was scheduled to arrive. Professional, courteous and fast. Would give 6 stars, if I could.

My 50 gal. heater stopped working. With a house full of kids I needed a fix quickly. I called the original installers (Fast heating) and all I got from Fast heating was a ""hold"" line and exactly at 7:50 PM they dropped the phone connection. I called back and got the ""sorry, we are now closed"" annoying message.

Bill picked up the phone right away and in less than a minute conversation he knew what was wrong with my heater. Bill set the proper expectations and established an arrival timeline. Bill arrived ahead of time, answered all of my questions, provided recommendations on better heater manufacturers. Bill simply got the job done in a professional manner.

Forget the big commercial outfits. Next time I upgrade my heater, I'm calling Advanced Plumbing.

THANK GOD for Bill! Easter Sunday we woke up to a huge water leak. We called Bill, who was on his way to a job in Brentwood so we decided to call another company. The other company came by, could not find the problem and said they would be back the next day with leak detection equipment and that would cost us $500 to just diagnose the problem. A few hours later, Bill called on his way back from Brentwood and said he was willing to stop by and check it out. We are so grateful he did because not only did he find the problem, but he fixed it and it was a micro fraction of the cost the other company wanted to charge us just to find the problem. Bill is hard working and trustworthy and we will never use another plumber!!

Professional, timely, and I would call again.

I had a leaky toilet and the shut off valve below the toilet would not shut the water off completely. I was able to keep the toilet from leaking by using some ingenuity. But, the toilet needed to be fixed as well as the valve. In the last couple of weeks I have called 2 other plumbers who never returned my call. I called Advanced Plumbing yesterday and Bill answered the phone! He was at my house this morning and replaced all of the parts I wanted replaced in quick fashion and left the bathroom clean.

Advanced Plumbing was great. Called them on a Saturday afternoon with an issue connecting a dryer gas line during a move into a new house. Bill was responsive and added us on to the end of the day....6PM on a Saturday night! Job was done quickly and perfectly.

Bill answered and asked me what the problem was....He said he could be out after his first appt. That was late morning and Bill was here about 1 1/2 hrs. later. Awesome! Job done by 2pm. Bill was quick, friendly, courteous and professional! We were blown away how easy it was to have it fixed. Did I mention fast! I would highly recommend Bill and Advanced Plumbing to anyone in search of a ""quality"" Technician. Thanks Bill....you rock!
