I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of plumbing services. I had to urgently replace my hot water heater and they came out same day and replaced it for me. Very responsive and nice.

We decided to get a second opinion on a main line clog that an initial plumber told us he could not clear because main sewer line was broken and needed replacement. We called Advanced Plumbing and Rooter Service and Bill from Advanced Plumbing was at our home within 1 1/2 hours. He was able to clear the main line and informed us that the line was in working order and would not need replacement. We received excellent service and everything has been in great shape since then. I highly recommend this service!

We used this plumbing company based on good yelp review, we are happy about the jobs they did but we are not so happy about the unclear charges.
The guy came to fix our plumbing issues but after he is done he told me that labor is going to be for two hours when he was only here for 1 hour and 20 min. So I have to tell him what time he was here since. He went ahead and charged me for 1.5 hours anyway...Then, we had to call the plumbing company again because they fixed the wrong place. The owner and the guy who came did not communicate well about what needs to be done exactly. I was not expecting to get any charges to get this right place fixed but again, the guy showed up and told me he would not charge me for the labor since it was their mistake, but he said the parts cost 50 dollars. I had little knowledge about plumbing but it's hard to believe that the little parts would cost 50 dollars!!! I ended up agreeing to pay just because. But I know that I would never go back to them...

I had a clogged kitchen and bathroom sink that we discovered the issue late at night.
I called and left a voicemail for Bill. He called me at a little after 6am. He decided to move me up so I could be first to receive service. I told him I needed to get to work so he accommodated. That type of customer service is really priceless. His guy came out 1.5 hours later and fixed it in 40 minutes or less. I will be using Advanced Plumbing for future services.

I woke up to a broken pipe and water everywhere! My wife called Advanced Plumbing and Rooter Service and spoke to Bill. He sent a repairman out within one hour and fixed the broken pipe. The service was reasonably priced for the work that was done. The tech worked quickly and we are happy campers! We plan on calling Advanced Plumbing and Rooter Service for all of our plumbing needs from now on.

Excellent service & Quality Work. We used Advanced Plumbing in the past and we call them again to fix a problem in our rental property. We contacted Bill the Owner and he promptly sent Rene. Rene came in and was very courteous, he chose the best option to save us money. He went above and beyond our expectations. Once he was done with the job, he made sure that everything was left clean and to our satisfaction. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ADVANCED PLUMBING AND ROOTER SERVICE TO ANYONE!

Thank u Yelpers as this is how I found Bill. All the 5 stars reasons happened-he picked up my call which was @7:30 AM; responded to help me within 1/2 hr; diagnosed where I needed a new tankless water heater (fried heat exchanger). Bill was very willing to work w/me as I was working that day so we arranged a time when I could get back and he & his staff installed my new water heater that day. Sure it was hard to have to get a new one (caching) but it was all a good experience. I felt his charge was fair. He explained everything I asked; Bill & his staff were very polite & professional. Keep in mind that paying by check is better as then there will be the credit card fee charge. I really couldn't ask for any better so I'd call him again for help. Again, I experienced all the positives that the other 5 star raters did.
