In December 2013, we noticed a leak in our kitchen ceiling. I removed the kitchen cabinet and cut out the ceiling drywall/ insulations to see the piping. It was more than I wanted to deal with so, I called Advanced Plumbing and set up an appointment with Bill. Bill sent Albert to troubleshoot the source of the leak. Albert quickly identified the leak in the vent line. Since replacement involved removing the drywall and back of built-in casework in the 2nd floor bedroom, we rescheduled for 12/13/2013 for the plumbing fix...allowing me to do the demo in preparation for the plumbing repair. As it turned out, there were additional cracks in the ABS vent pipe.

I confirmed the appointment after the demo was complete with Bill. Albert showed up on time, was professional and cleaned up when complete. Costs were reasonable, and repairs are working (no leaks). This is the 2nd time we turned to Advanced Plumbing in 2013 and they have completed excellent work! I would definitely recommend Advanced Plumbing.

Tenant had a clogged kitchen drain which they called a plumber out to fix. Tells them to wait as drain will open up shortly otherwise would have to tear out Sheetrock to fix. Three days later, clog is still there so they call me in panic. Called Advanced to leave info and told tenant to call and schedule. They fixed it in 30 minutes which impressed my tenant and embarrassed who they called to try and fix.

Advanced Plumbing did a fantastic job on installing our new tankless water heater! After calling and researching many different service places, we found that Advanced Plumbing was without a doubt the most honest and knowledgable. Both Bill (the owner) and Albert were very friendly and professional, and answered all our questions with confidence.
We definitely received a great deal on our new water heater, especially compared to the many other places we called. It's so hard to find reliable and trustworthy companies these days, so we definitely recommend these guys.

Woke up this morning to find that my water heater was broken...no hot water! Went in the garage and found a huge puddle of water coming from the water heater. Apparently, the storage tank inside cracked and was leaking.

I immediately went jumped on Yelp to find someone and found Advanced Plumbing. I call at 7:30am and Bill, the owner was at my house by 8:30...that was fast!

Bill was great, he answered all questions and gave me a good deal on a new water heater. They were done by 1pm and I had hot water again. I would definitely recommend Bill & his staff!

It was a beautiful Saturday morning & our family was having breakfast at the kitchen island when all of a sudden I see water dripping from the ceiling, over the cabinet onto the island. The fresh water pipe from the toilet seat was leaking down. So I consult my faithful friend Yelp (yes, she has a weird name) who knows a lot of good plumbers around the Tri-valley area ;) Advanced plumbing with 5 stars from 29 reviews pops up, we call, get Bill, who has a plumber show up at my house in 1 HOUR! Pipe is fixed, toilet seat is reseated in less than a hour, at a price equal to taking my family of four to Piatti's in downtown Danville. Now that's great service at a great price!

After dealing with flakey, rude, and expensive electricians, plumbers, and contractors, I decided to look to Yelp when I had a complicated upstairs plumbing issue. Bill had nothing but 5 star reviews so I gave him a call. He answered right away on a Saturday, and gave me some things to try on my own. They didn't work so I called him again about a week later. Again he answered the phone, told me he needed to call me right back, which he did. Then he came over the same day and got my situation taken care of which required some creativity and hard work on his part.
Bill was personable, knowledgeable, and honest, and I felt that his price was very reasonable. I have already recommended him to two of my friends, and I will definately call him if I have any future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Bill was quick to answer the phone, gave an estimate over the phone for the work needed (bathtub drain clogged) and showed up to my residence within two hours of my initial call.

Great service! Bill was able to fix 2 of my problems. He was able to work with my schedule and he sent someone to fix my garbage disposal at a time that worked for me. The guy was super friendly and polite and he fixed the garbage disposal really quickly. Then Bill himself came out to fix my shower and again, got it fixed quickly. Both things work great now. Great experience, would definitely recommend this company!

My morning started at 7 AM with my 3 year old flushing my husbands wedding ring down the toliet. I called Bill right away and he was here very quickly. I was doubtful we would ever see the ring again but Bill worked his incredible magic and got my husbands ring back. He has always been professional and very fair with prices.
