Had issues with a Navient tankless water heater in a newly purchased home. Jeff called me back within the hour and was at the house in no time. He meticulously tried to determine root cause of the issue and was very professional in dialoguing with the Navient on-call representative. They troubleshot together effectively, determining the necessary modifications to the unit supported by propane versus natural gas was not performed by the original contractor. System was being overfed due to an oversized orifice, which could've been disastrous if left undiagnosed. So thankful Jeff remediated the issue.

He also is a licensed electrician, & also figured out that a newly purchased dryer from Costco, was not a ""lemon"" as concluded by the installation servicer, but required re-wiring. Saved me additional headache with transacting an exchange for a perfectly fine but mis-diagnosed dryer unit. Extremely friendly, reasonable and likeable guy. Found myself a reliable handyman for years to come!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered a dishwasher and was told I'd be contacted by this company to set an installation date. That was 4 days ago and they have completely ghosted us. They never contacted me to set up an appointment, the won't answer their phone, and they won't return my calls. My husband called on his lunch break and even though their website states they are closed today , someone answered and put him on hold. He was never helped and had to hang up, I called 40 minutes later and surprise surprise there is no answer. I'll be calling Lowe's and cancelling the delivery, installation, and haul away of my old appliance because at this point it has been ready for pick up for almost a week now. Not only has this company lost my support while ordering through Lowe's, if I ever need any plumbing or electrical work I now know to stay clear of this place.

Had stripped shower handles at a rental, water pouring out. Jeff came 10 minutes (not joking) and fixed it without having to come back 'for the correct supplies'. Excellent work at a reasonable price. One smart dude.

I called Advanced Pluming and Electric to service our Noritz tankless water heater. I left a message and they called me back within 5 minutes. I missed his call so we ended up texting back and forth which worked great for me. He came out early the next day as they were out of the area. They showed up today promptly 7:30, maybe a little before that, and fixed what was wrong in a short time. They were very courteous and attentive.

Bought a Rinnai tankless water heater. 5 days after it was installed, it quit working. After Calling Rinnai, their service rep is Advanced Plumbing & Electric. We called them all day long, sent them an e-mail with a warranty # so they can be paid for the warranty work. Do you think they bothered to call back. No!!! If you really need a plumber, call anyone else but this company. THEY NEVER RESPOND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have used this contractor for many years. Quality of work has been excellent. Checked status of contractor's state license today (4/18/2017) and found that the license is current, active and does not expire until October 31, 2018.
