We just found our new plumber. Nick from Advanced Plumbing and Drain was fantastic. We just installed a new 100 gallon, Bradford White commercial water heater in an apartment building and could not get it to work, it kept shutting off within the first couple of minutes. Nick was prompt with both phone calls and actual appointment and was able to resolve the problem we had in about 45 minutes. If my brother, who really knows his stuff and is a tough critic, can say that Nick is ""legit"" and great, you better believe he is. Thank you, thank you, thank you Nick! You have a new fan club and we plan to give you all our future business.

These guys really, truly are a five star business. They answered the phone on a Sunday and booked me an appointment for Tuesday morning to check my flooding basement drain. I then received a call and text from Gabriel G letting me know when he was arriving which I really appreciated being in meetings at home all day long.

And speaking of Gabriel - GREAT GUY, super professional and incredibly honest. He didn't charge for any unneeded services and did a thorough inspection. If you can, ask for him in SF, he's an A+ and double-checked everything.

After this experience, I know my plumbing future. It's with this honest, professional and attentive business that clearly cares about the community and doing a great job.

We had a leak under the drain and had several companies check it out. They recommended new faucet, and some parts, said for labor 1800 bucks. Time to do was about an hour to hour and half.

Initially called Nick the owner and asked if he would give the exact labor cost and they said they are competitive and that was an absolute lie. He ended up not only overcharging but tacking on expenses that were not even agreed upon. No thanks, but I'll take my business to a company who actually hires professionals and who won't rip me off. So many better priced and professionals in San Francisco. These guys must be hurting to be so desperate.

Had some work done by advanced plumbing. I was having some sewer issues and Nick who is the business owner came out and gave me an estimate on the job and told me they can start on it by tomorrow. Eddie and Danny worked on the project and they were great. They made sure I knew what was going on and kept me in the loop. Would highly recommend if you anyone is looking for some plumbing and drain work. The price is fair compare to other companies.

Usually you call a plumber when you have a problem and my case was no different. I received quick same day service for a sewer line backup. Gabriel was very courteous and fixed my problem quickly. Fair prices and no surprises. I'll definitely call for the next problem.

Thnx to Google in listing AP&D suggested one of top 10 plumbers for 2020 in the SF BayArea. @first i started looking and getting quotes from local plumbers near me. Until Mr Nick B. proprietor of AP&D quoted me a reasonable & competitive price to which I decided w/out hesitation hired AP&D to repair old underground water line pipe. The workmanship performed was superb just absolutely superb. Thank you very much Nick, Ed, Dan and Gabriel, job well done.

On Valentine's Day, after hours, my main drain clogged and water was overflowing onto my floors. My man, Gabriel put on his cape and went to work on the problem. Within the hour, he unclogged the pipes and even pulled out some roots. He went above and beyond to reseal my toilet with an extra wax ring and even caulked the outside. He saved the day. Talk about customer satisfaction. Thumbs up Gabriel, I'd give you ten stars if I could.

I had a plumbing emergency 10 AM on a Sunday. Upstairs sewage line blocked and sewage water coming through the ceiling of the lower bathroom. I was somewhat freaking out...understandably so :)

Called a larger 24 hour plumbing company. They told me they could possibly come to my house between 9-10 PM. No way!

Found Advanced on Yelp. They came out within 2 hours and provided great service. The plumber was super nice. They had to pull my entire toilet off to get into the main line after unsuccessfully trying to unclog it. They charged around $360, which seemed fair.

The plumber took great care to work clean. I just had new light-color carpet installed in my house and he took great care. Put shoe covers on without even having to ask.

I really appreciated the extra mile. Unfortunately it's not easy these days to find crafts people not only do a good job but are also willing to be nice. Advanced did both! Thank you

I placed a call to Advance Plumbing on Wednesday night and they scheduled me an appointment for the next evening between 5-6 pm. My toilet and shower were backed up and I tried a few things myself to no avail. Damian arrived on time and accessed my situation. He realized my issue was a major one for only my landlord to deal with (if only I could get the landlord to answer my calls) and that I'd be able to get by until the landlord responded. I so appreciated his honesty and not fixing something that wasn't broken and charging me a ton of money. Damian was a real professional and took a lot of time with me, explaining in great detail what was going on with my pipes. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again and, most importantly, I'll recommend Advance plumbing to my landlord if I ever hear from him.
