The creation of Advanced Mechanical Plus, Inc. is the result of the right people collaborating at the right time to achieve a shared vision. Our goal is to be the top full-service mechanical contractor for those we serve.

Chad Lamb is the Service Operations Manager.

Chad has a lifelong passion for fixing everything from toys to radios and VCRs for his loved ones. Starting as a game repair technician at an amusement park, he has dedicated years to refining his craft. His commitment to aiding people in difficult circumstances has fueled his desire to grow.

Chad uses his vast experience in the industry as Service Operations Manager to coordinate AMP's technicians and cultivate a high-efficiency environment.

For six years, Chad has been a lay minister at his church and has traveled to five countries for mission work. He and his wife, Angie, are proud parents of five children. As a family, they actively participate in their local church and enjoy visiting museums and zoos on day trips.
