The creation of Advanced Mechanical Plus, Inc. is the result of the right people collaborating at the right time to achieve a shared vision. Our goal is to be the top full-service mechanical contractor for those we serve.

Chad Lamb is the Service Operations Manager.

Chad has a lifelong passion for fixing everything from toys to radios and VCRs for his loved ones. He began his journey as a game repair technician at an amusement park and has since spent years perfecting his skills. Helping others through tough times has consistently motivated him to enhance his skills.

As Service Operations Manager, Chad applies his broad industry knowledge to manage AMP's technicians and create an efficient workplace.

Chad has been a lay minister in his church for six years and has engaged in mission work in five different countries. Chad and his wife, Angie, have five children they cherish. The family is deeply involved in their local church and loves taking day trips to museums and zoos.
