They did a great install last fall. Heater worked great. Yesterday we need ac. Warm air blew.I left 4 messages over 2 days and never got a call back. I thought I might not be using my new smart thermostat correctly... just wanted a call and explained that.i knew they would be busy withheat wave .... this was my first use of a brand new system.... under warranty.

I'm a extremely disappointed with this company. My elderly father was looking at getting his entire HVAC system replaced. So he contacted this company. Nothing was wrong with his current system, but it was over 20 years old and he was tired of running the wood stove. This company up-sold my father into buying the newest and most expensive system they had. The salesman assured him that it would cut his costs in half with their new extremely efficient model. They also installed all new ducts. Then up-sold him again on insulation around each of them, to improve efficiency and in the end save more money. My father spent over $15,000!!!

A week after they installed it they said they'd be back to calibrate it and adjust the settings. They didn't show up for 2 weeks! And on top of that, our brand new system was making a metal on metal sound. Like the system was dropped and the fan inside was scrapping the inner wall. They came back a couple times with absolutely no change.

In the end my father spent $18,000 and didn't save a single dime on his electricity bill. With the added bonus of having to listen to a constant humming and scratching from outside of the house.

Seriously save your money and go to another company. I'd at least give this company 3 maybe even 4 stars if they actually did right for my dad and fixed their mess.

Absolutely No Stars!

Spoke to Debbie today. They come out last month and tried to snake the house. Couldn't free the clog. Wife went out after one hour and asked what was going on. Darren said he couldn't free the clog? Darren said he felt bad as he could not help. Advised my wife to hold off on bill as he was going to talk to owner as he felt there would be no charge since he couldn't free the clog. Someone from the company would contact us back. Got a bill in the mail two weeks later for 2 hours labor!! Wife called back immediately and spoke to Jamie and recapped the situation. Jamie understood and would discuss with management and get back to us. Today a ""Collection Agency"" called us for not paying the two hour charge!.. Wife called company back and spoke to Debbie today to vent her disappointment.

These people are not the kind I would recommend to anyone. EVERYONE dropped the ball and NO ONE followed up with us as they said they would. I plan on following up with the Better Business Bureau. This place is a total rip..

Can't say enough good things about Darren, who replaced my disposal. Called to say when he would arrive, professionally installed and checked its operation and was extremely pleasant to talk to. Made my day.

Professional, hard working and polite. Darrin came into rescue us when our water main broke. He even took the time to ensure our disabled son's needs were met while the major fix was happening. Great contractor, highly recommended!

No stars! After receiving a reasonable bid for a single port ductless heat pump I hired AM. Install went smoothly- sort of- after three phone calls from the installer. Still, I was satisfied. Then I paid the bill. My bid was for $3200 roughly before rebates, etc. Our hackles were been on alert because at the time of install, Don said that we needed an electrician...no mention in our bid or otherwise prior. When my husband said that we would use their recommended electrician we had no expectation that it would cost almost 20% the cost of the pump! Two months ago Nice Electric came in for an emergency repair that took an hour and charged me $120 so that's what I expected. Seriously we were billed $516 for one hour of an electricians time. We know it was only an hour because my builder was there and surprised that it was so quick. To boot, the electricians bid/cost was not included in our total preliminary bid, which made Advanced Mechanical look loads less expensive than competitors. My opinion, false advertising. Additionally, any time any man says ""honey"" to me like I should have known better or because I'm a woman I just have to put up with poor communication and business practices I feel furious! Girls, look out!

8/27/14; one of the hottest days of summer, AC quit. Called at 1 pm, though they were real busy, appointment set for next morning.
Set fans in windows in eve, not to bad...Good to have back up plan.
Robert came out, within 15 min problem fixed. (bad capacitor on condenser)
Under Warranty, Always good to get warranty.
House cooling, 83 and now at 76, and still cooling.

Advanced Mechanical is great! Being the only one willing to come out immediately in the middle of a major freeze on a Saturday when we had no heat, Rob made my day! I will definitely be using them from now on and highly recommend them to anyone looking in the future!
