I've been getting high water bills since January 2020 for an unoccupied house I manage for family. LVVWD already sent me a letter in February advising me to check for any leaks due to high water consumption. The last straw was the water bill for March going as high as $216+. Called them on Tuesday and got someone to come to the house this morning. Eddie did a fantastic job and was very thorough in checking every possible plumbing fixture leakage from the irrigation and sprinkler systems, toilets, kitchen plumbing, and water heater. Passed inspection with flying colors. Saw some paint stains on loose rock by the irrigation valve and faucet by the side of the house. Concluded that there may be water poachers taking advantage of the fact that it had been an unoccupied home with a For Sale sign up front. They had a promo special for $100 which was still well worth it considering the peace of mind I got from doing it. Highly recommend these guys.

I have had a mystery leak on my property that I couldn't find and kept receiving letters from the water district saying that I have a leak. I was unable to figure it out myself. When advanced leak detection cams they checked my entire house inside and out and were able to identify the leak in one of my sprinkler valves that was leaking internally. They were professional, quick and very informative. I highly recommend them.
