Recommended by an agent with Ebby Halliday. I called and the owner Randy Henderson Master Plumber came out the same day. Quoted a very fair price to upgrade all new plumbing from underneath kitchen sink and installed new faucet set. Extremely kind and fair. Prepared the area with plastic cover. Used rubber gloves and showed me all the rotted parts and explained step by step what he did. Recommended American made faucet and I went to Home Depot and purchased a kohler brand. I do not know where to begin, this has been the best service I have ever had. Brian & Andrew are the epitome of professionalism, customer service, efficiency, and more. I would go as far as calling them the 'Chick-Fila' of plumbing. Like many home owners and individuals we were not the best at identifying the issue going on in our home. We only knew that we had a plumbing issue pertaining to drainage and leaking. This problem had been ongoing and we called a few plumbers previously that were charging thousands of dollars, and who were also uncertain on the issue. Finally we were referred to this company by a family member and did not know what to expect initially as optimism had very much left us. Brian and Andrew came in with an amazing energy and positive attitude prepared to fix any issue we had, they began running pressure tests in order to narrow down the problem as a means to eliminate unnecessary costs and diagnosis. Within less than 30 minutes they informed us that pressure/plumbing was not the issue and that it may either be a slab leak or sewer issue. Before making an assumption the two gentlemen said that they wanted to conduct another test, but this time using a camera to further identify the cause of our leak. In the end they concluded that it was backed up due to a clogging caused by various items. To our delight they informed us that it wouldn't take long to fix the problem that had been plaguing us for months. That it could even be fixed in just a few hours. In the end we were charged a much lower sum than compared to competing plumbers. Having dealt with many other servicemen, I would go as far to say that these men are the best I have ever seen in the combination of what most people desire in service. I cannot speak for everyone else but I will say these men are trustworthy, dedicated, and reliable. We are immensely satisfied & grateful to God for this company and their service. Brian & Andrew, we thank you gentlemen sincerely, and will continue to recommend your services to any individual who may be in need.
