Our ancient water heater rusted out and flooded the bathroom. Advanced Installations promptly came out & did damage control until the heater could be replaced. I won't get into dealing with American Home Shield (stay away from them!) but Mark bent over backwards helping us navigate that process. Once authorized by American Home Shyster, Hank came out and did an awesome job getting the new heater in.

I was also assigned Advanced Installations for my water heater under my home warranty. After 3 days I received a call that Mark was available to come take a look, he was at my home for less than an hour and determined the water heater needed to be replaced, said he would submit to the home warranty but we may not hear anything back due to the Memorial Day weekend. Understandable. I called him several times looking for an update because he said not to call the home warranty- to get status through him. He said one day he was too busy, another day he was at the vet for his dog, then just stopped answering. I called the home warranty who said he had not even submitted the paperwork yet. They attempted to reach out to him 4 times with no response and FINALLY created a new ticket on June 10 to assign someone else. Since there's no other contractors in the area, they allowed me to find my own, schedule a quote, and now I still can't get the water heater installed for another week. At the end of the day, it's going to be over 4 weeks with no hot water. Coincidentally the day I get a new plumber out, Mark calls me with another excuse saying he was out of town. What a joke. Took my $75 call out fee and did nothing to help. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Also, two of his google reviews are from himself and his son.

This company assigned by our home warranty company, being the ONLY contractor that they had here. HORRIBLE! It's been 2 months since initial contact and our plumb issues are still unresolved. Does not call or return calls, I have to make MULTIPLE calls to him before getting a call after 2 weeks. It took a month just to get him to our house to do the initial diagnosis. It's been month since then and he still has not sent the report to the warranty company to proceed. I finally get a call this morning, for him to point the finger at the warranty company, saying he will ""resubmit"" the report ( that he never sent in the first place) and asked me to send again model info already sent to him. When I asked why I hadn't heard from him after 3 calls in 2 weeks, his reply was ""I'm busy"".
Shortly afterward, the warranty company called to authorize me to find my own contractor as Advanced no longer works for them. Lazy & full of lies

Everything that Mindy T. said is correct. This company gave out a bid of then when the bill came it was for almost $1700 over. He left a non-plumber helper here alone to work, the helper padded his hours and we know this for a fact because we were here and kept track. If you decide to use this company GET A WRITTEN, DETAILED BID AND KEEP TRACK OF THE HOURS OR HE WILL OVERCHARGE YOU
