This company was chosen by my home warranty. I needed to have my shower fixed, if I adjust the water temperature from hot to warm, it gets cold and the hot water will not come back on for awhile. I was told that because it has a screw on the underside of the handle that's rusty, that it is a pre-existing condition....what does a screw have to do with temperature control? And, their plumber, Joe, cleaned sludge out of my drain line with my dishwasher,and didn't reconnect it! Been having water collect under my sink for two weeks from my dishwater before I noticed it!!!! Because they diagnosed the shower
as pre-existing, my homeowners will not cover it. I'm not looking to get handle replaced, which I didn't know about rusty screw, can't see it, just wanting for the control that regulates the temp replaced, aaarrrgh!

I had Advanced Home Services out to my property by American home Shield for a SIMPLE leak and a cloged drain. Completly Lied to AHS saying we needed way more work than needed and wanted to charge us $575.00. The service tech didn't even bring a snake or any fittings to fix the leek. I should have just bought some liquid plumber!!! The Tech while at our house made NO mention of extra cost's and said it would just take an hour to fix the problem. LIES!!!! AHS was GREAT and sent us a new company at NO CHARGE!!!!! This company is out to get your money.

Dustin arrived on time to service a pressure regulator valve needing to be replaced. It was the worst service call experience ever! He did not address the request from the warranty company. He did not enter the house to check for leaking faucets. He only looked at the pressure regulator valve, made an adjustment, then suggested that I go into the house and check the water pressure. There was very little to no water pressure. Dustin stated he was confused and left without stating anything. It was a waste of time and money ($100) deductible to the warranty company. After calling the warranty company, they could not get an explanation of the diagnosed problem. Dustin was angry, unprofessional and incompetent. He was a poor representative for this company! After calling the company for an explanation, Dustin was unable to be reached. Unacceptable!

My A/C went out in 112 degree weather. I have 4 animals. I was placed as an Expedited service call from my warranty company who contacted Pro Price Heating and Cooling. They were a No Call back (Twice) and No Show. The Next Morning, 9:30 am I called the warranty company back and they contacted Advanced Home Services to service my A/C unit. They were here by 11:15! GREAT, prompt service and David the Tech was very efficient and nice and had the past replaced in no time. THIS is the kind of service and company to entrust your problem with. We are finally cool and no more panting babies.

I was assigned Advanced Home Services by American home shield. I reported my AC not working at 6 pm Monday night, by 7 am Tuesday morning Avanced home services sent me a text with an appointment between 12-3. So I'm less than 24 hours I had a AC repairman at my house fixing my AC, in las vegas, in July. It was a miriacle. Cody showed up and fixed my AC quickly. Thank you so much for your prompt efficient service. I would use this company again any time.

I realize that reviews have been spotty, especially since this company is a designated AHS servicer and has to play by their rules, but I have no complaints about a recent pipe leak repair. Sam, who seems to be the recipient of nearly all of the positive reviews, was prompt, cordial, professionally attired and knowledgeable. Much appreciated.

Well good morning. I have a problem with my rental property ac unit. I placed a call at my home warranty company for the a.c unit.
5 mins later I get a call from ADVANCE HOME SERVICES.. saying they will be out there to house today between 1-5pm.. I was amazed with the fast response and customer service. A guy by the name of justin took great care of me

If I could give zero stars that's precisely what I'd do!!! This is the worst company ever to come into my home. The so called tech arrived without tools. He took the filter off the faucet cleaned out some carbon and didn't address the leak under the sink. I was upset to have to pay someone $85 that American Home Shield sent to my home. He said the H.O.A. is responsible for anything underground and it wasn't his job to even look at it to let me know what needs to be done to fix that problem.
They are inadequate at the very least. The tech refused to give me a receipt for his lack of work. I called AHS to see how they wanted to proceed with this situation and so far I've only gotten the run around from them!! I'm an elderly disabled woman and I can't afford to pay people that don't do their jobs!!
DO NOT USE ADVANCED HOME SERVICES LLC IN LAS VEGAS, NV.

Stay Away, Beware Beware Beware

Needed to get my AC fixed through Home Warranty. Tech showed up and said my Compressor was bad, denied Home Warranty Claim and Tried to sell me a $6000 compressor

Called a second Company, Tech looked at the unit in 5 seconds said I had a bad Capacitor, ($50 part). Replaced it and AC is working perfectly.

Advanced Home Services Tech had the bad Capacitor in his hands and said nothing, went right into Scam Sales Mode...Bad Bad Bad Company. Stay away at all costs!!

I'm giving this company 1 star only cause I can't give them zero stars. Technician (Cody) showed up late from our home warranty appointment. Was here all but 10 minutes and diddnt do anything. Fat and lazy! We've been without air for days and he provided no solutions. Don't bother calling this dump of a business. Trash!
