I was apprehensive after reading all of the negative reviews but this company is amazing! The lady who answered my call was so nice! My air went out on Saturday but they were here bright and early Monday morning! Cody was my technician and he fixed the problem in minutes! What I love even more is that they texted me a link to track his arrival! Now my warranty company AHS on the other hand was a different experience and I'll have to write a separate review for that. Thank you so much Advanced Home Services!

This company was assigned to us by our home warranty company. Had much better reviews than the original company assigned to us. Our water heater was leaking and on the 2nd floor of our home. The technician messaged to say he was going to be about 2hrs early which was amazing. I believe his name was Serge and he was great!. Friendly, respectful, and professional. Took him and the other tech that showed up about 1.5hrs to remove and replace our water heater. The work looks great and they left the area looking brand new and clean. I would recommend them highly.

I had a routine call through my home warranty for stoppages of my sinks. Sam came in a timely manner of our appointment window and was professional ensuring he took the time to listen to the issues we were experiencing. He then fixed ""what the warranty company allowed"" him to fix.

Wow, ok I've been without a working AC that blows no cold air for a month and a half now! Only warm air and runs constantly, nonstop! This is after a company called Pro Price Heating and Cooling has supposedly already fixed it but, didn't and refuses to do anything else about it! My Home Warranty Company -American Home Shield, sold me a an AC unit back in 2007 , that was a 2002 model and told me it was new! And was too small for my home, only a 3 ton and not a 4 ton! They lied! The first company that came out was Pro Price Heating and Cooling and they didn't fix the problem, came back out four times and said everything was fine and the last time they came out they didn't even check anything! And the tech Nestor proceeded to tell me they weren't going to do anything about it and that American Home Shield Warranty Company didn't care either and wouldn't do anything either. After several hours and time on on the phone with them, American Home Shield, they, finally sent another company this, Advanced Home Services, so I have an appointment set with them for tomorrow between 12-3 pm and then all of a sudden my air conditioning completely stops and I'm worried because I have a cat that is on oxygen and my house is120 coming out of my vents because I have one of those gauges that tell the temperature, so I call the company back and tell them that I have a cat on oxygen and could they come out sooner as my AC has completely stopped and not even blowing warm air nothing! So, this guy freaks out and instead of getting someone out sooner he tells me that he has to call my home warranty company immediately and have them send another company out because I mentioned someone is on oxygen? WOW! What kind of company drops an emergency call just like that and shows no concern no remorse and is now yelling and arguing with me? When I told him I would make it until tomorrow and to keep the appointment for me between 12-3pm and he said no he can't do it! Why? Worse AC company I have ever encountered or experienced ever in my entire life! Do not ever ever ever use this horrible excuse for human beings services ever! I just am in shock over the severe neglect! It seems like there are no good AC companies out there that care at all for human or animal life! Such unacceptable behavior and by far the most piss poor businesses I have ever encountered in my life! Unless you like this drama and horrible service I would steer clear of Pro Price Heating and Cooling and Advanced Home Services and never use American Home Shield Warranty Company ever! They are simply the worst companies and the worst customer service companies/people on the Planet! Good luck come to you and me! Thank you for nothing! I am in complete shock!

I understand that sometimes when utilizing a home warranty you don't get the best of service, so I fully understand some of the lower ratings below. However I had an issue with a leaky toilet and advanced Home Services actually scheduled me for 4:00 p.m. but were able to come at 9:30 a.m. instead which is great right off the bat. Houston was very friendly did a thorough check, fixed the issue, and then for additional peace of Mind tested for mold and moisture and there was none. I received good service and I am appreciative!

Sam came out and fixed the problem he was ""allowed"" to fix. He was friendly and helpful and made the repair in a timely manner. He tried working with AHS (American Home Shield) to get another issue resolved, however, AHS (American Home Shield)denied the second repair. Justin at their office offered to use the deductible I paid AHS (American Home Shield)towards the 2nd repair.

Maybe time for a new warranty company!
