terrible customer service air went out in 85 degree plus weather been waiting a week for a tech to come out and the lady that answers the phone is the rudest person I have had to deal with in customer service will be filing a formal complaint

Our home warranty company dispatched Advanced Heat & AC to a call we had placed over the weekend. During an unusually warm day we discovered that our Air Conditioner wasn't working when we turned it on. By the time the tech got to our house on Monday he stated that since the temp had dropped below 70deg that he couldn't properly diagnose the problem with our AC.

He came back out two days later and was able to add coolant to our unit and get our AC back up and running. Great work!

My heat was fixed in about an hour. They were were flexible about when they could come and worked around my schedule. They also called and gave a heads up that they were on their way. However, the guy fixing my heat did leave a chip/dent in my wall. But it is easily fixed.

Our AC went out almost exactly one year from the day the same thing happened last year. We have a home warranty on the unit and used Advanced last year as well. The customer service was horrible and confrontational. The management seems to throw warranties under the stack of service calls as it took 3 weeks to get the compressor to fix our unit. 3 weeks in 100 degree temperatures. I find it difficult to believe that if I called and had cash in hand that I would wait 3 weeks to get the unit fixed. We have requested to never have this company c=service our unit again; however, the techs are really nice and knowledgable. The management and C.S. however need training badly.

Horrible customer service!
One the 3rd visit to the house to fix the same problem the tech showed up 40 minutes before his 4 hour window. I informed them that my roommate was on the way, but he left 15 minutes before his appointment. They blame me for not having someone at the house, but they are the ones who didn't show up at the appointed time. Now I have to take more time off work to reschedule. I will never deal with them again!

Deserves 0 stars. WORST COMPANY EVER! 2-10 Home Warranty assigned this pathetic excuse of a business to fix a leaking water heater. The 1st time I stayed home because AH&C doesn't assign appointment times, AH&C cancelled because a plumber had chiggers. The 2nd time I stayed home because AH&C doesn't assign appointment times, the plumber spent 15 minutes here, collected $100 and said he would return in 2 days at an unspecified time with a new part. The 3rd time I stayed home because AH&C doesn't assign appointment times, AH&C never arrived or called to say the new part was not covered by 2-10. At the very end of the business day 2-10 called to give me the news. 2-10 said AH&C was keeping the $100. AH&C said 2-10 was keeping the $100. Each one said I had to take it up with the other company to get a portion of the $100 back since a service call is $69 and does not apply to a repair, unlike other plumbing companies.
