After having two other companies come out to repair our slow kitchen sink (with no results) we tried Advanced Heat A/C & Plumbing. They were very thorough and discovered the problem immediately. Even though it ended up being a bigger fix than expected, they diagnosed the problem and presented a couple of options to resolve the issue. Very professional and honest!

I was very disappointed in their service we used our warranty company and they had to come out three times to fix the same problem in the meantime it cost me a lot of money to continue to repair the damage that the pipe did

Called them for a water problem. The plumber arrived and after 5 minutes, told me they could not do anything as it is a problem with the irrigation system. They don't repair irrigation systems, apparently, which they did not mention in the phone call. Yet despite nothing was done the plumber claimed he helped on confirming where the problem is, and charged twice the service fee, totaling more than $150. Their normal service call was $80, but the plumber thinks he did *a lot* after five minutes. Yet nothing was solved.

I had a water leak over the weekend that required me to shut off water to the house, and my home warranty company assigned the call to Advanced Heating and Air on Saturday. I called the mobile number I was provided, which ended up being the owner's cell phone. He said that he didn't directly handle dispatch, but that he would advise them to get someone out to me on Sunday before 2pm, the end of their weekend emergency service hours.
Sunday morning around 9:30 I call the answering service to check the status of my call, and am advised they have dispatched a technician that should be contacting me. I call back at 10:30 and 12:30, and am advised the same thing each time.
When I tried calling the mobile number, the call gets sent to voice mail. By 2pm, no one has had the courtesy to call or show, and I have been left without water since Saturday.
Fortunately, my home warranty people were able to submit the work order to a new company, whose plumber is scheduled this morning.
Given the lack of consideration and professionalism shown by the staff and owner of Advanced Heating and Air, I will not be contacting them for any future service or system upgrades, and I will be very vocal in advising those I speak with about my experience and inability to recommend this company.

I had an issue with My Ac it stopped working and had to call my warranty company, They called to set up appt for 5 days out. The tech came out he told me he had to rewire it. Well, it started working I was happy. so I thought everything was fine. It was running about 75 to 80 in my house all that month. It was pretty hot month so I thought it was normal ""I have a metal roof"" I got my electric bill in and it went up to around 425.00. So I thought ok. Then the next bill came in and it was over $600. I called the electric company and they advised me i was using 3 times amount of power for my house. They said more then likely its my ac unit. So I called my warranty company back and they sent out Advanced again and he said my heat strip was on all the time. The tech advised he fix it and everything was fine. Well, it was not it actually got hotter in my house. So I called again that night to set up appt. They scheduled it 5 days out. while i was waiting I called my electric company and asked how much power I am using. They said 3 times as much still over 21 amps. So the tech came back out and discovered that the heat strip was till running none stop with my AC. So basically I was trying to cool the house down and heat the house up at the same time. I called and complained that the previous tech did not do his job correctly and they did not care at all. The last tech finally fixed it but I am out a lot of money for overages on my electric bill.
By the way, the electric company is going to give me a detailed report from the day they first came out to the last. They even said the day after they came the first time it tripled the next day.

Was told by our warranty company to call Advance in regards to our heating unit was not working right.( Heater was leaking fumes into the house so unit was completely turned off) Called and talked to them on Saturday and they told me that they would contact there oncall person to see if they can come out. I did receive a call from them back until sometime Monday afternoon and they told me that they cannot come out till Friday, needless to say, we call someone else who had come out and fix it and get heat back into the house, I would definitely not tell my friends or family to use them.

Excellent service and products! And they work well with the First American warranty company which is important because warranty companies can be challenging for customers and vendors/partners. A big thank you to Michele, the intake coordinator who answered many questions and went the extra mile to research those she couldn't answer.

I would not use Advanced Heat AC & Plumbing for any of your home or HVAC/plumbing needs. We had an extremely negligent technician come out to our home to fix a plumbing and a ductwork issue (which didn't get fixed), and he used our brand-new dryer as a ladder to get into our attic. When he came down he fell on the dryer and left a giant dent in it. He left without telling me (although I heard it happen) and then when I called the company to seek resolution, he lied and told them my husband previously dented it. Not cool. Their solution after a month of run around and change of stories is to send the same technician out to ""assess the damages"", after they had already determined that the hood needed to be replaced, and anyways, that man isn't welcome in my home again after his display of integrity (or lack there of). Just wanted to give a heads up, don't use them. They will not replace things if they break them. Super dishonest over there and super unfortunate!
The only good thing that has come from them coming out to my home was the technician found a small roof leak. I had a roofer come out and repair a nail and the leak is now gone.

We have had Clark from Advanced Heating and Air out twice-- once in October and also recently. He is knowledgeable, polite and kind. We are requesting that he be the technician to come back when our part is in.

terrible customer service air went out in 85 degree plus weather been waiting a week for a tech to come out and the lady that answers the phone is the rudest person I have had to deal with in customer service will be filing a formal complaint
