What a piece of garbage company. They won't fix it right and they won't honor their warranty. They play games with paperwork so that you can't use the warranty. Worse, the work I had done some 20 years ago apparently is failing and I have multiple foundation issues. Just be aware of who you are dealing with. Roll the dice if you want but I feel like for the THOUSANDS of dollars you are spending, you should go with a company that does good work and stands by it.

Do not use Advanced Foundation Repair! We paid a premium for them to dig tunnels and not go through our foundation or patio, we came home to them jack hammering our custom faux concrete topped patio!! The repair is very noticeable and need to be fixed...We get flooded tunnels under our house every time it rains without ventilation to keep out Black Mold! The water pump has failed and had to be replaced multiple times... we still have broken pipes from the foundation lift/repair! They said they will not fix them.... Stay away! If they come to their senses and fix the issues I will update, but for now stay far away!

The absolute worst for warranty work (even when it's not under warranty) We did not choose this company but did foundation work through our builder and everytime I have to deal with them it's absolutely the worst! We have a sump pump that always gives us trouble....They never call you back, they lie about calling you back when they say they will.... Took over 3 weeks to get an appointment ( still didn't have one when called to cancel) when I was told there was only one other person on the list just doesn't make sense why it take so long and why the lack of communication.
I only pray I never have foundation issues that is under warranty because I dread having to deal with this company again!!
Beware if you choose them for foundation work because the warranty department is in need of a major overhaul and training in customer service!!!!

This company was the worst nightmare ever and still continues. They were hired by the warranty company to fix my foundation and have made this the worst experience. From pipes busting and left unfixed for days to dealing with black mold currently. To demanding payment for their poor work and poor communication. During the freeze my pipes were left bare unprotected. Well they busted and me and my family were left without water for 5 days. I was told they would get to my house when they could because they were responding to emergencies. As this was not an emergency. My flower bed was left a mess and rebar was left sticking out. My stairs were left leaning and still left and fence leaning and unstable. I was told it's all part of the incidentals. Holes in my laundry room with black mold found inside and on my half bath. Rotting floor boards. I wish I would have been able to choose the company. When I had no water I was advised to find a place to stay and they would reimburse me. They have yet to contact me about this and demand payment or they would place a lien on my house. Yet they have yet to deduct for the rooms I had to rent, gas expenses, food and toiletries. This is a major inconvenience for me and my family. Still living in my house with black mold and rotting boards. My drive way was left chipped and all full of oil and tire marks.

Advanced Foundation Repair is easy to work with when they are taking your money, but don't expect anything after that. I had warranty claim for foundation sinking between 4 of their piers. The company will do anything to not have to do any repairs for their customers. They told me that the whole rest of my house heaved up except for the 15 square feet where my foundation had collasped. I think they are dishonest in their statements about warranting their work. Save yourself a lot of grief and use someone else.

These people are so incredibly hard to get in touch with, or really, to have them actually give you a call back. We have a lifetime warranty for work they did on our home's foundation, started experiencing continued issues last April and had them come out to inspect things. After that consultation, a Mr. Frank Check informed us that our home's master bedroom had actually risen 3 inches and advised us call a plumber to see if there was a leak that was causing it. Even though that sounded like a stretch, we obliged and called a plumber who relayed that there were no leaks anywhere. We gave Advanced a call back and Mr. Check said he would talk with his boss about next steps and would get back to us - that never happened. I have since called back asking for assistance, and each time I am told that they will reach out but they never do. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

They charged a lot of money. The contractor did a good job. They fixed problems I did not know I had. They ignored the issues I placed the call for. They have refused to send anyone out to look at my problems. When I asked for someone to respond I was referred back to the estimator by the owner.
All I got from the estimator was short term memory and threats and I was told I was trying to avoid the final payment. All I wanted was Customer Service, something apparently foreign to this company. I would avoid this company at all costs. They have short term memory once they say the job is done.

WOW, just when you thought there we no HONEST service providers any more! I was referred to Bob Snyder and Advanced Foundation Repair by a friend who raved about him, and how I see why. He spent an hour meticulously analyzing our home and then about 20 minutes taking us through his analysis and while it would have been very easy for him to sell us repairs we didn't need, he was fully honest and told us we didn't need anything at this time. He gave us recommendations on how to use soaker hoses to mitigate the issues we do have, but he was AMAZING.

While I did not hire this company, I had a huge problem with a home that had a recent foundation repair from another company. Since it was a bit of an unusual problem and I couldn't get the original company to respond in any kind of responsible manner because "they didn't know what the problem was", I contacted Bob with Advanced Foundation Repair. He took about half an hour on the phone with me to understand the situation I was dealing with and provide some insight into the problem. This enabled me to begin to move in a particular direction in order to try to attend to the problem.
Again, I was not a customer and did not pay for this advice (even though I offered) Bob was glad to talk with me and provide information and education that was helpful and directive. I wish I had used this company instead of the one I chose. He was very nice to help me work through this issue.
