Donna E.In Nov 21, I purchased a Carrier system from these people. They tried to install a smart thermostat repeatedly without luck. My Emergency Heat kept coming on which I knew was not right. Several times they came out until they refused to come back. They even made excuses for why the Emergency Heat light kept coming on. I called 3 other companies to get an estimate. They all said the same thing: the thermostat was not installed correctly. So, finally I bought a Honeywell thermostat and paid another company to install.
Lorenzo J.I purchased HVAC system in April 2021 with a 2 year service warranty. April of 2022, I called their service number 703-339-2112 after serverals including email to get service for summer months. A lady told me that outside temperatures was not for HVAC to get true reading. I even call later, no answer or reply to telephone calls. I have a new system that the pre-set/programmer thermostat never work. I can change temps up and down that's it thermostat alone was over 800 dollars, entire HVAC was over 10k.
