Put in a new boiler 2/18 did not have new zone pumps at the time of the installation. After the work was completed he dropped off the new hardware and stated the system would have to be drained and he did not have time to do it. I paid him all but $150.00 and told him that would be the incentive to install the new parts. The brand new $8600.00 boiler has a leak so I called him for a repair. He then indicated I owed him $500.00 but he didn't make an issue. It's been over 3 years and all he had to do was install the parts that was he was contracted to do. Have called 3 times and not getting any return calls. Do not deal with this person. You get a tail light warranty(once you see the tail lights the warranty is over) and the job was not completed. So now I have to go to small claims court to get it taken care of.
