I had used this company several times over the years and the older gentleman who owned it was excellent! He came out on cold nights when my heater was dead and otherwise provided outstanding service. That is no longer the case. I called last night with an emergency gas leak and the call was answered by some service with random people answering the calls. No response at all! None! I called back again today, in spite of the fact that they had completely ignored the emergency last night (I got a friend's dad to do a quick fix to last through the night), and again, I have been ignored for hours, even though the call was flagged as an ""emergency"". Completely unacceptable and I will NEVER EVER use this service again. Meanwhile, I called West Seattle Heating & Air and although Jeff couldn't help me since he was out for a few days, he answered the phone, was super polite and gave me a recommendation for Accurate Heating in White Center. They too answered their own phone and are coming out this afternoon. THAT is the way to run a business.

Dan Comstock is a great repairman. Not only are his prices fair, but he's prompt, friendly, and honest. While he was repairing my furnace he taught me so much about furnaces and how to diagnose and troubleshoot issues. I will definitely use Dan again in the future and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a repair.

We had Dan come out to fix our old furnace. It was 25 years old and we were hoping it could be fixed and not have to replace it right away. He fixed it and its running great. We will definitely call him when it comes time to replace it. He also changed out our hot water tank on a separate occasion, it was a difficult fit because of a smaller fit but he found the needed fittings and custom fit a unit into the tight space no problem.

Dan has done a great job for us on many occasions in our restaurant, Zoopa Organic located in Tukwila. When we took over the location, nearly everything was broken and Dan has been here with us many nights repairing things. He is always fair about the billing and makes recommendations knowing that all of this is expenses that we didn't plan for.

Dan is the man, He is so kind and nice. He has serviced my gas furnace many times since purchasing my home in 2005. He has cleaned and help us to get it going well. He has suggested professional duct cleaning. Im soon to do as they are around 400 for the whole house. professional service.

I am so tired of the repair man routine. They act nice and innocent, and then they jerk you around about how they are going to fix something. The bulls__t is way too thick with this company. Avoid them, they will befriend you and then screw up your heating system worse than before you called them.
