Lisa J.My husband and I returned from a weekend away to find that we had no water. My husband called Advanced Drilling to help us with our well at 8:00 Monday morning. They said they would be out between 9:00-10:00 Tuesday Morning. In the meantime, we had no water. He took the morning off work to wait for them but they never showed up. We called several times during the day and left a message. Finally, he went to work around 2:00. I eventually got someone to pick up the phone and they said we weren't on the schedule. The receptionist said that someone must have forgotten to tell her. We went with a different company who was prompt, picked up the phone, and wrote down appointments.
