The technician came out and could not properly diagnose a faulty pressure reducing valve. He was shown the valve not properly functioning yet could recognize the fault. They came to do a bare minimum and are awarded 1 star.

Got service through a home warrantee company in 2022. They arrived with a very sketchy water line locator but unfortunately the batteries were low so I had to go out and get some. They never actually located the waterline and were just guessing. Despite my making it clear that all the work close to the underground waterlines needed hand digging they used a backhoe and struck my neighbors waterline. Spent hours fixing that and still had not located my leak . The next day they dug three random pits, 4' x 4', did not locate the leak. The propery owner does not receive full compensation to restore such damage caused not locating the leak. Finally the nasty alledged licensed plumber/owner showed up and after blaming me, blame shifting, for hitting my neighbors waterline and acting very aggressive. He told me I could not watch their work. I was getting concerned naturally and finally they determined they had it completely wrong. The leak was no where near the huge pits they dug.
After three days they located the leak, 75'+ from the nearest excavated pit and the neighbors damaged waterline.
My neighbors got them today through the home warranty company. And this time instead of sticking to the waterlines determined by the professional waterline location they hired they again used their sketchy locator (cannot locate pex line) they dug one hole along the easement and then moved 15 feet on to my private property far from the utility easement without my permission or notification and started digging a pilot pit.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT LET YOUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY BURDEN YOU WITH THIS OUTFIT. I'd give them less than one star. They are horrible and may cause even more damage.

I had an appointment set up with This company through my warranty company I never received a call from them that they had canceled until I called my warranty company no email voicemail no nothing tht was very unprofessional also had to wait another day from my original emergency and schedule with a different company .Will not Recommend to anyone

I had appointment for 5:30 to 6pm on February 17th and I received a message that someone was on their way at 4:17pm..My husband's at work..you can't come.
So, I called to see why and a women answered and said ""ok , I'll tell the technician to come at the appointment time. So, at 6:15pm..I called back to see if someone was still coming or not. That same women said"" they had an emergency, so they will come as soon as they can,she was by herself and didn't get a chance to notify me..she apologized."" After being on hold for 20 mins at 7:45 , I finally get a guy "" who said I'll have someone call you 2 mins"". A private number calls me..not the business number. This ghetto thug of a women asked for me and says "" Imma have to rearrange your appointment "" as though she was trying to fit me in her personal schedule. So, I said"" rearrange?..don't mean reschedule? So, then replies with an uneducationed response to say"" technically they're the same thing"" They're not for a person who has been waiting for almost 2 hours and no one called to let me know that a technicians not coming. I responded to say"" is that y'all's terminology?"" She replied "" Imma need you not to be rude."" I said"" rude,rude is when you have a new customer waiting for almost 2 hours..that's rude"" She then says"" you should have let them come earlier, but you called and said come at the scheduled time"" Yes, that's the time scheduled..you can't just show up at someone home at any time without checking with the customer..show up at the time scheduled"" She threatened to cancel my appointment as though I did something wrong to her. This type of business should not be in business. She and the company is very unprofessional thugs with no empathy for the customer and their time. But ,what did I expect from a women who isn't educated enough to know the difference between "" rearrange and reschedule ""

I don't think they did their best!
The repairman arrived without an appointment , after the company said they would contact me with a time. Although the original problem was a running toilet, which had already been fixed, so they told me they would update the order for a leaking kitchen faucet; that clearly didn't happen, so the repairman would only go to the toilet, said it was clogged, used a snake, which created a problem; then declared it ""fixed,""& better!

I had him look at the faucet, which he said needed to be disassembled, but wouldn't do it, because it wasn't on the order!
I was in the process of calling the company to find out why they didn't alter the order, when he stormed past me, brushing against me (not 6 feet).
And, left!
I cursed at him, with the words: ""you're probably voting for Trump."". He responded that he already had
When I spoke to the representative at the company afterwards he had already gotten to them and told them that I was blocking the door trying to blockade him in my house and waving a knife at him!
That would be next to impossible for me a 5'7"" 130 pound female recovering from a broken femur and a broken hand, against a taller man of at least double the girth!
The company lied to me. The repair man was rude. The company backed him up, saying that the police should've been called!!

They came on behalf of a home warranty, that I have, and probably didn't think worth their time!!

Advanced drains & plumbing definitely went above & beyond to fix my problem, they were on time, courteous & extremely helpful with situation.... Only plumber I would ever call for my plumbing/drain issues
