Unreliable. Technician showed up for appointment however never provided a written estimate as promised of the work that needed to be completed. Complete lack of follow through and zero customer service. Would definitely not recommend them.

This outfit seemed responsive and did the contracted job replacing an apartment HVAC unit, but they cannot be trusted with ANY banking or credit information. I gave them a debit card number to pay the initial 50 percent cost. Less than a week after they completed the job, and less than two days after being invoiced for the second half payment, they used the debit card to take $2,300 out of my bank account. They did not ask permission or give me prior notice. They just took it. How could they know there was sufficient balance in the account to make the payment (there was). How could they know that was the account I wanted to pay from (it wasn'). How could they be so disrespectful of their customer? If you can pay cash, or maybe a check, go ahead. But don't use a debit card or credit card. They keep the information and use it again without your OK.

I conveyed the below experience to our building manager who forwarded my concerns to ABS. I received an apology from both the owner and office manager which was appreciated and reassurance that they would be sitting down with the technician to sort through what happened and put in place/reinforce best practices to ensure this didn't happen to someone else. They also refunded us $250 for the misunderstanding and inconvenience. Good customer service.
