Jason J.Heater broke tech shows up spends maybe five minutes Checking the unit. Says a couple parts are broke but can't remember the name. Eventually he remembers as he is looking it up on his tablet. Tesla me it will be over 800.00 to replace. Short while later he tells me they don't make the part cause the unit is too old. And through the whole time was trying to sell me a new furnace for thousands. Well I going led the parts online for 80.00 dollars. But the real kicker is my dad and I tested all the wires etc. all that was wrong was a loose wire. Stay away from this company the tech was very incompetent and wanted to be a salesman or a repair man.
D M.These folks are amazing! They were professional and prompt replacing a very old gas furnace before it could kill me. It wasn't an easy job but Reggie was really concerned for my safety and made sure he got the job done asap. I highly recommend this company.
