Darrel N.We had home warranty work done on our HVAC. They changed out the primary drain pan but not the obviously defective splash guard. This was only caught about a year later when we had an annual maintenance done by another HVAC service. They also damaged a cabinet when going into the attic and did not offer to repair it. It would have been good of them to also warn us of other obvious issues when they were addressing the warranty problems. A year later we had to have work done that could have been done back then.
Ellen S.Signed up for their premier service several years ago... I had to call for appointments... they are supposed to call me... found something wrong every time they came... a/c in the spring... Heater in the winter... came yesterday said nothing wrong with a/c heater needed a part... estimate to repair almost 2 grand and I'm supposed to get a discount... no itemization... also called them for a quote to reinstall a stove pipe... I had all the parts...over 800.00... had a handy man do it and it was 100.00....
