Advanced heat and air placed my unit back in 2016 after hurricane. Since 2016 they have been reliable and solid service. I do regular maintenance on my unit and it runs solid. Charles was at my place to do check and gave me additional instructions on how to keep the unit in top performance shape. This is exactly what you want. For several years we have had Advanced Air yearly contract inspect our HVAC unit. On the last visit the tech told me that the capacitor needed attention. I asked him how much and he gave me price of $251.00. I questioned the cost and he said that is what his firm told him to charge. The capcitor TP CAP-407.5440R cost under 20 dollars. I called the company afterwards and they told me that they could give me 15% off, I replied that I would meet them half way and they said they would get back to me. As of today I have heard nothing. It took the tech less than a minute to replace the rusted capacitor. $241.00 for a $17.00 retail item is unrealistic. I would suggest that anyone being told by Advanced Air that they needed spare parts for their HVAC get a second opinion. Somehow the trust and faith in this company is gone.

Showed up in a timely manner gave me an estimate, got on their schedule for a couple days later as they knew I had a time crunch. The day of the job showed up with 3 trucks and 4 guys ready to get it done. Repiped my whole house in just a few hours. Was very respectful of my house and made the least amount of mess as possible. The job came in less than the estimate and I could not have been happier!!!!! They did an Awesome Job!! I highly recommend Advanced Heating and Plumbing for all your household needs. Great guys that will work with you as far as time and money!! Thanks Guts!!!!!

Air conditioner quit working guy came out it had a bad capacitor told me there would be a $95.00 service fee. Put a new capacitor in and charged $200.00 dollars more Rip off capacitors are normally $40.00.

These guys were awesome. They installed a full central air, and then a mini split on different days as part of the same project. They worked with me on scheduling, were extremely courteous, and did everything they committed to and more. So nice to work with a company that prides themselves on being professional. I had the pleasure of meeting Shannon and Jason today when they came to my house to service my A/C. Professional, courteous, and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed their time in my home as they patiently explained the various tasks they were there to perform. I had work done on my AC unit March 8th. The tech stated he made multiple repairs and bypassed my dryer. Needless to say it started leaking again, which it's old I understand. So I contacted the company numerous times asking for detailed work order of repairs done. They said they were unable to provide this to me. I had another company come out and the dryer they stated the removed had not been removed or bypassed. I was also told the R22 refrigerant needed was very hard to come by, I got charge 1500$ for 9lbs. The other company got it directly from United for 150$!!!? Yes, you have to be certified to purchase it, but wow price gouging. I'm really just disgusted with not only the price I paid, but also the poor customer service. No, I would not recommend this company.

We had the best experience with Brian. He replaced the water line from our meter to the house, replaced a spigot and fixed a toilet; and did it all in record time. Brian definitely knows what he is doing when it comes to plumbing. Plus, he's a nice guy. We couldn't be happier with his service. We are very grateful that Terri in the office made an extra effort to get him out here today instead of having to wait until tomorrow. We highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

My 96 & 94 year old Mom & Dad's AC went out today. I called and Charlie was here in 15 minutes. He diagnosed that it was a capacitor in a very, swift manner! He was great! Kudos to ADVANCED AIR!
