AWFUL!!! Going on almost 2 weeks with no air!!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased a unit still under warranty from Advanced Air. Advanced has now come out on 4 different occasions and has done everything BUT replace the exact part which will solve the issue. We are told it was really something else causing the problem, and the technicians come our and say its """"fixed"""" when it really isn't. I am going on 12 days without AC because of Advanced. The technician that came out two days ago even said it was the TXV valve and they have yet to even order the part according to another NEW technician last night. We are still without air, many many sleepless nights with my three year old sweating all through the night running on no sleep because of their neglect and lack of customer service or knowledge. The reason I cannot go through my usual technician is due to the warranty and being a specific Lennax part that only Advanced supposedly has. I would NEVER recommend this company EVER! STAY AWAY FROM THEM-

Advanced AC is a hot mess from top to bottom, be wary or just Avoid them completely. Here's what they did to me in May 2023 on my annual check up prior to Summer. Sold me a new capacitor based on tech inspection, he installed it incorrectly, possibly on purpose.This caused fan motor noise so i called them back. Second 'tech' Joe barely touches the outside unit leaving the capacitor installed wrongly and told me i needed a new fan motor and blades est $1200. Asked if i wanted to speak with Sales to quote a new unit.... charged me another fifty$$ bucks trip charge to come back by. I got a 2nd opinion, this tech corrected the capacitor install in about 3 minutes and the unit returned to normal efficiency and noise level. Their 'managers' disputed any and all issues and refused any monetary return. At best, they have poorly trained techs and bad managers. At worst, they are doing this on purpose to rip off us seniors. Avoid these guys they are a problem ......

I have been a preferred customer at Advanced Air and Heat for a few years. Recently I called them to do a plumbing job. My garbage disposal broke on May 11 th and they sent someone out to get the info on the disposal. They quoted me 424.96 including service. When the plumber arrived and said I did not need a new disposal. He fixed my disposal and said I owed him $49 for service call, which I paid, and that I would be refunded my $424.96 since I did not need the new disposal or service. After 5 calls requesting my refund for the $424.96 no refund was ever given. I requested a call back and no one called me back. I would think twice about doing business with them. As a preferred customer I didn't get a call or my money. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Apparently they had no intention of giving me money back, and they kept the garbage disposal too.

The worst. We have three systems installed by them. Paid for ten year warranty parts and labor. Our AC has been out for close to three months. Can't get a callback on the status. I've been lied to as well. I've offered possible solutions but they are not really interested in resolving the issue. They are blaming parts availability, but I contacted the manufacturer and they have solutions. Avoid them.

I've been using these folks for about four years now. I purchased two new AC units from them and about to buy a new one. I've also used them for repairs for the last four years. My family also uses them company for 8 other AIRBNBs they operate in Palm Coast. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in the lack of service they provided this past weekend. I called for service Saturday around 3 pm for 33 Fischer Lane and was told someone would be there in a few hours. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED. I called again Sunday morning and was told someone would be there first thing before noon. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED. I called again just now (Sunday at 4pm) and could not even get through to anyone. This is unacceptable. I won't be using them again.

ABSOLUTE FIASCO. Do not use these guys. We have an air conditioner that is 1 year old that Advanced Air installed and and is still under warranty. We were told the service call would be free. Then they get out here and say we will have a $50 charge. Then they wanted to charge $700 for labor. Their competitors quoted us half the price. These guys are a disorganized rip off. Tanya was rude and not remotely near helpful.

Used to be a great company when it was locally owned. Did business with them for years. Recently called to have our outdoor unit moved 10 feet. The """"technician"""" instead tried to sell us a new unit for 12K. I 3 ton unit for 12K. What a joke. Now owned by big company.

I have been going to them every year since I purchased my 2 lennox ac units and they have always been prompt and reliable, well not this last time since they were bought out they come when they want even though I took a day off in morning to be here they never showed up it's after 5pm I called and they say they put me till 6pm. well I said hell no I will call a more reliable company, that cares that i took time from work so they can perform maintenance. Good bye you losers.

Called the scheduler to have a tech come out and look at our Generac 45KW generator (Liquid cooled 4.2l V-6) I was very careful to make sure she understood this unit requires a """"Liquid-cooled certified"""" tech and that 2 years ago they sent someone who wasn't qualified wasting a lot of time for both parties. Called back 2 days before and she became angry stating """"All of our tech are certified in everything"""". Well, as of yesterday at 3:00 PM that statement isn't true. Tech comes out, sees the box and says I'm not allowed to touch it, it's liquid cooled. Long story short: even repeatedly asking the wrong info was provided to myself and the tech. Waste of time.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! Run, do not walk, away from hiring this company to do anything. We made the mistake of hiring them to install a PTAC unit. For $1800 they came out and installed a unit that never worked. For over a year we tried to get them to come out and fix it. They came out once and replaced a fan motor with another faulty motor, then would not come back out until the warranty expired so we would have to pay the labor charge for them to finally fix it. Then, they said it was a faulty bearing and they could not get the part. I looked on EBAY and they had several available as did many other vendors, so there's another lie. They hang up on you when you call with a problem and I was told there is no supervisor to speak with, but they would forward my problem to their """"reconciliation department"""" Really? A small company that has a whole department just for complaints???? My attorney sent them a certified letter asking them to repair it, replace it or refund our money or we would sue in small claims court. It was returned un-opened. What a bunch of Cowards. So many lies and so much deception, I have never experienced anything like it. Finally, after 14 months of getting nowhere, I called Suncoast PTAC, they came out the next day and fixed the unit. Advanced Air never registered the unit for the warranty coverage (big surprise there), so Suncoast PTAC registered it immediately and all the parts were covered. The technician said he had never seen such poor installation all around and that both the fan motor and fan blower were bent and looked used and that there was nothing wrong with the bearing. One of the neighbors had the same problem with Advanced Air, her $7000 unit broke and they would not come out to fix it, she too, had to hire another company. Another neighbor said their daughter called to have her unit fixed and they wanted to charge her $400 for a $12 part plus labor. She put her dad on the phone to talk to the technician and he said he would be there in ten minutes to meet with the technician and the guy hung up and took off before her dad got there, knowing he was ripping them off. Horrible, horrible company. Brandon Wayne Granger is their VP, but that won't get you anywhere. Like I said, WORST COMPANY EVER!
