On October 7th 2021 I had a Lennox 2-ton 16 seer air conditioning system installed in my home by Advanced Air and Heat services (also dba Advanced Home services) and have continued to maintain this unit with them. It came with a 2 yr. parts and labor warranty and a manufacturer's warranty for 10 years. On June 29th 2023 I noticed that the ac unit was continually tripping the breaker and contacted them on the 30th for a repair tech. Repair technician responded on July 2nd and notified me that the compressor had a hole in it and would need to be replaced. I called Advanced Air on the 5th, 7th and 10th of July to check on the status and confirm that the parts were ordered. Around the 2 weeks mark I did receive a call back from their parts department who advised that the compressor had been ordered and that it shouldn't take that long. Since then, I have called on July 24th, 31st, August 1st, 9th, 23rd, September 4th, 11th, twice on the 19th and on the 20th all with the promise of a call back from the parts department which never happened. I contacted Lennox directly on September 19th 2023 who advised me that NO warranty claim has been filed for my AC unit. I had another company come to my house to re-diagnose the problem with the hope of getting this unit repaired only to find out that The Labor warranty is with Advanced Air only and that I would have to pay the Labor cost of $3300.00 or buy another system. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt especially regarding back order and supply issues but it has finally sunk in that this company, evidently, has had NO intention of complying with their contractual agreement regarding the warranty for this AC unit. So I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR AIRCONDITIONING NEEDS. I have since filed a formal complaint with the State Attorney Generals office because upon further enquiry Advance Air and Heat are repeat offenders where this type of issue exists.

I purchased AC unit from this place 6 years ago called them yesterday to get my Freon topped off, so I see two people arrive hear one of them is a salesman already trying to sell me a unit because they know the Frigidaire unit they sold me was a piece of junk even installer said you better get the warranty and labor but I thought they were just trying to make more money on me, now they won't honor my warranty, they told me if I don't buy a new unit the repair which was going to cost $2,000 would not last and they wouldn't be responsible so I better buy a new unit, to me this was a plan just to sell me a new unit, all I wanted was the Freon topped off , and because I wasn't going to purchase the new unit they wouldn't even top off my freon unless I paid for the 1200$ repair first, what kind of BS is that these guys are out to sell new units but not service people so beware as you can see from the reviews, this place is a mess there are too many other good air conditioning places around to listen to this BS from these guys, used car salesman,

This is not the business that it used to be! My parents have an AC unit that is less than 3 years old. The fan motor went out 8 days ago and the service rep was scheduled to show up today with the part. Now we are being told that the part received was incomplete and is now on back order. Our calls have been passed around and after many phone calls there is no resolution in sight. I would NEVER recommend this place!!

We are 20 year customers of Advanced Air, and the service has declined tremendously over the last few years. We have a service contract with them so that they service our equipment two times a year, and they installed a new A/C for us in 2020. This weekend, our 3-year old A/C was frozen over (clearly something was wrong), so on Monday at 7:30am we called for service. They came on Monday at 6pm and said that it needed free-on, which the tech added and then left. The A/C then ran continually for 15 hours and did not cool below 75. We called them on Tuesday morning at 7:30am and asked that they come by again to fix the unit. They said we would have a tech come by between 5-11pm. I called several times to ensure that this tech was coming and was assured he was. No one ever showed. No one called. I called them again on Wednesday morning at 7:30am to get on the schedule for Wednesday. They stated that the first appointment would be Thursday from 9-12. We took that appointment, but asked to speak with a manager to let them know our frustration. They said they would have a manager call us. No one called. We turned off the A/C this morning because it was freezing up again, and we know that they cannot work on it if it is frozen over. So in this August heat wave, we have no A/C for the fifth day in a row. It is now Thursday at 3pm and our """"window"""" was 9-12. We have yet to see an Advanced Air person at our building. I called Advanced to find out where the tech was, and they said that our appointment was changed to the last one of the day, with a 3-6pm window. No one called us to tell us this. We have taken off work for 4 days now to sit in our very hot house to be available for these techs, and no one has shown or called. You used to be able to call the office and speak with someone, but now they have an answering service that is not able to speak with dispatch. Advanced Air now has absolutely the WORST service. When our maintenance contract is over, we will be looking elsewhere. Save your time and money and use a different A/C service provider.

We had a wonderful experience with Advanced Air! One of our units was not cooling, and we called Advanced Air for service. Dispatch was able to schedule for the following day (not their fault it seemed like the hottest day of season and Fourth of July in just 2 days). They came out earlier than expected on Sunday and fixed the problem. Our Tech, Edson was great!! Personable, knowledgeable, clean cut and so efficient!!! Thank you for a job well done! Customer service at its best from Gary on call desk, Shannon with dispatch and Edson resolving the problem. Thank you!

AWFUL!!! Going on almost 2 weeks with no air!!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased a unit still under warranty from Advanced Air. Advanced has now come out on 4 different occasions and has done everything BUT replace the exact part which will solve the issue. We are told it was really something else causing the problem, and the technicians come our and say its """"fixed"""" when it really isn't. I am going on 12 days without AC because of Advanced. The technician that came out two days ago even said it was the TXV valve and they have yet to even order the part according to another NEW technician last night. We are still without air, many many sleepless nights with my three year old sweating all through the night running on no sleep because of their neglect and lack of customer service or knowledge. The reason I cannot go through my usual technician is due to the warranty and being a specific Lennax part that only Advanced supposedly has. I would NEVER recommend this company EVER! STAY AWAY FROM THEM-

Advanced AC is a hot mess from top to bottom, be wary or just Avoid them completely. Here's what they did to me in May 2023 on my annual check up prior to Summer. Sold me a new capacitor based on tech inspection, he installed it incorrectly, possibly on purpose.This caused fan motor noise so i called them back. Second 'tech' Joe barely touches the outside unit leaving the capacitor installed wrongly and told me i needed a new fan motor and blades est $1200. Asked if i wanted to speak with Sales to quote a new unit.... charged me another fifty$$ bucks trip charge to come back by. I got a 2nd opinion, this tech corrected the capacitor install in about 3 minutes and the unit returned to normal efficiency and noise level. Their 'managers' disputed any and all issues and refused any monetary return. At best, they have poorly trained techs and bad managers. At worst, they are doing this on purpose to rip off us seniors. Avoid these guys they are a problem ......

I have been a preferred customer at Advanced Air and Heat for a few years. Recently I called them to do a plumbing job. My garbage disposal broke on May 11 th and they sent someone out to get the info on the disposal. They quoted me 424.96 including service. When the plumber arrived and said I did not need a new disposal. He fixed my disposal and said I owed him $49 for service call, which I paid, and that I would be refunded my $424.96 since I did not need the new disposal or service. After 5 calls requesting my refund for the $424.96 no refund was ever given. I requested a call back and no one called me back. I would think twice about doing business with them. As a preferred customer I didn't get a call or my money. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Apparently they had no intention of giving me money back, and they kept the garbage disposal too.

The worst. We have three systems installed by them. Paid for ten year warranty parts and labor. Our AC has been out for close to three months. Can't get a callback on the status. I've been lied to as well. I've offered possible solutions but they are not really interested in resolving the issue. They are blaming parts availability, but I contacted the manufacturer and they have solutions. Avoid them.
