So disappointed with the customer service from the manager Jason. Thanks to this company I was without air for a week as they didn't tell me that they would not be able to be the ones to fix the problem before cutting my lines. Did not seem to care that I as a customer who had already spent money with them on upgrades and was looking toad a service agreement was unhappy. Jason was extremely unconcerned about me being put out by this situation they had caused. Will never use this company again. I have also informed the management company at my complex that they may want to do the same. In an industry where customer service is extremely important they plain and simple just failed.

Called for service and the technician obviously tried to sell a new system. His sales pitch was full of statistics and technical talk. He was emphatic that a simple repair was a waste of money and a new system was the best, smartest and most cost effective remedy. Inspection and diagnosis took a few minutes and the sales pitch was much longer. He was unable to restart the A.C.. He called for a second technician to replace the blown breaker. Tech #2 did not have the part. Next day, Tech #3 promptly replaced the breakers and charged the system that is now working perfectly. So, which technician does a customer believe? There is a huge variation of skill levels among techs at this company. There was an obvious attempt to make a big sale that was not required. I will not call Advance for future needs.

First, the office personnel who scheduled and later confirmed the appointment were friendly and polite. I later requested to change the date. The office called, verified the new date I requested, changed it, and later confirmed it again. Advanced Air technicians showed up on time on this warm Friday morning and ready to work. I was taken aback by how young they appeared, however, they quickly demonstrated they were quite capable. Matt H. came to the door first. He politely introduced himself and coordinated the parking so that it was easiest and convenient for them and for me. He stated a second vehicle was coming. The second vehicle arrived moments later. Matt worked on the air handler, a second gentleman worked on the outside unit, and a third gentleman helped both, installed the thermostat in the house, and took care of the work in the electrical panel. These three gentleman worked quickly, quietly, nonstop, and with purpose. They thoroughly answered any questions or concerns I voiced until I was completely satisfied and comfortable. They clearly took pride in their work, even made sure it was cosmetically done right. They cleaned up the site, billed the agreed upon price, asked if I was satisfied, and were gone as quickly as they came. I was impressed. I would absolutely recommend Advanced Air & Heat.

NO INTEGRITY~Was quoted $70 over the phone for service call. Guy walked in telling me it was bad news before he even looked at it. Wanted $85 for service call after already quoted $70. Price gouging at its finest. How am I going to have enough trust to use a company for expensive repairs that are not even on the same page when it comes to service calls. Called another company. Their rate is $45 for service call.

I called Advanced Air at 3:15 with a thermostat problem and they were here at 6:00 and fixed the problem. They was very polite and explained every thing as they fixed it. Great service and will use again. Ray

Here is my significant experience with this company................I had them install a mini-split in my garage 18 mos ago. Good job and nice techs. Fast forward to Feb, 2017. The company sent out a flyer for service at a bargain. We have three properties in addition to the two units in our home. I paid them to service all five units. One unit that they installed in 2010 needed repairs so I asked for a written estimate. NONE of the five a/c units serviced included anything about temp, pressures, model, make or anything except the address and """"all ok"""". A few weeks after the services I was sent a letter from Robert Francis, General Manager, offering additional services. I called their office at 386-427-1655 and left a message with """"Michelle"""" to have Robert call me. That was four days ago. I have had similar experiences with the receptionist at this Edgewater location when I needed some service information from their techs. The receptionist insisted on providing me with her opionio

True pro that took a tough job and made it work. Glad to have craftsmen with his skills and experience.

Our condo HOA refused to pay for the repair, even though they are legally obligated to pay. The company billed us, we called them twice to make payment arrangements while we get this worked out with our HOA. No one returned our call. We charged the total amount due, but they placed a lien on our property- even though we paid! What terrible customer service! Will tell everyone NOT to use this company.

I just had a wall unit installed by Advanced The technicians were all so polite and respectful ( they even wore slippers on there shoes before entering the house) their prices were comparable and service great. I have used them in the past and have always found them helpful and fair. My ac company for sure!!!

After my review I was contacted by the company to further explain the repair and the pricing of the repair. It was much appreciated and does show they are concerned with their reputation and how they are viewed by the customer.
