I call them with a problem with my tank and needed to be pump they came out on a Sunday afternoon and pump the tank with no up charge for service. Tho woman on the phone e was great to talk to and the crew was just as nice .I am having more work done and will be calling again

This is An awesome company. I called and they came out within the hour. They ended up Having to dig the septic tank up And pump it out. Because we live on a mountain with a ton of slate in the ground it took them quite a few hours with a backhole but the guys were relentless. They had to dig in the dark but they were determined to finish it before they left. They were friendly and profession. Thanks!

The young lady who answered the phone (at 11 pm) was very kind. I have an emergency septic issue where one is full and inoperable and I need to purchase another one to install on a different part of my property. I asked her if the company """"sold tanks"""" and she said """"no sir... we only install them."""" Being a septic company, I asked if she new another company that sold them so I could have her company install it. Some cowardly man in the background yells out """"google it!"""" and the call disconnects. If you're open 24/7 for emergencies, you should be willing to answer questions. Yes, I can keep google searching; but all searches up to this point have led me to your company. I'm not to sure why... If you install tanks, surely they haven't ALL just been there waiting for you. You guys missed an opportunity to do better than what you did.

Brian and his team did an outstanding job and I will definitely use them again! Over the holidays we were experiencing plumbing issues and the plumber we had out said it was the septic tank and it needed to be serviced. Before calling Brian we had an inspector, plumber, 1st septic company and a trip to the department of health and no one could find field lines, the tank or a clean out. I found Brian by asking Siri for a plumber that can use a camera in the pipes to find the tank and Advance Septic Solutions is what came up. When we called and explained what we needed done, the very helpful lady on the line said they could find anything! and to let them try to find it first. Brian and his team came out on New Years Day did everything they could with their tools to find it and also let me tell them where we thought it possibly could be based on all the other visits. BUT that would mean it was probably under a couple layers of patio. He didn't hesitate to recommend we get started as we had already been without basic facilities for many days. He came out the next day, New Years Day with a backhoe and got started. They found the tank, the pipes were in terrible condition and we had him replace with PVC and finally install a """"clean out""""! Brian was great about letting me take photos and video for possible litigation and he gave good advice on what we should do based on his opinion and time doing general contract work. He was the only person to find it and he was gracious to work on the holidays. Me and my Mom are so thankful and happy with your work Brian!

I was able to use this company on two home inspections. The first one they saved me from buying a home that would have probably cost me the replacement of a septic tank. Now part of that was my real estate agent trying to sell me like was a FNG. On my second inspection they took the time to show up when they said they would as well as dig an incredibly deep cover. Great customer service onsite and will use them for other properties I have. When I spoke with the owner that was onsite he informed me that they have a very large service area, way bigger than I would have thought so for those that may want to use them feel free to inquire if you are in the surrounding counties.
