Meredith W.Unprofessional beyond words. After going back and forth with them for a week, I missed an 8:00 AM phone call saying they would be over in an hour. As a result of missing that call, the plumber went onto a different job and we were told to try and find someone else. We were never allowed to make an appointment and were made to feel like second-class customers they were squeezing in if we were lucky.
Randy B.Shoddy work. Left dirt piled 2' across a 4"" trench making a muddy mess in my mothers yard. Back filled the trench @ $105 per hour for lead man rather than use a $15/hr laborer so he could run up the bill on a 89 year old woman. Left job unfinished with electric wire ran across the ground and didn't seal the well pump. Would never use this company.
Had a sudden leak from a shower that was not in use. I suspected that the shower had been ""tested"" by someone viewing the house for sale and that the lengthy non use had resulted in a gasket cracking. Chris quickly verified that was likely the problem. I had gotten an estimate from another plumbing agency for the repair and the Advance invoice was about 25% of that estimate. A no-nonsense approach to try to fix the problem as quickly as possible but with expert work.
After I had a difficult time getting time off work, this company called me the night before my long-held appointment to tell me a 'more important' job had come up and they needed to cancel. Completely unprofessional.
We called them on Friday for the 3rd time in the 8 years that we've lived in this house. We live out in Orange county and are on a well and septic.
And once again they came out and did an excellent and professional job. The man was knowledgeable and friendly and resolved our issue in a very short period of time (but without hurrying).
Each time they've come out the problem has been diagnosed and resolved; and they have been able to explain everything that needs doing as well.
This time it was a sulfur smell that had begun a few weeks ago in our cold water in multiple locations.
I have grown to trust them over the 3 times, and would not hesitate to call them for any future problems we have with our well or water.
In this day and age it's nice to feel that comfortable with a service oriented business.
