The two gentlemen who came were knowledgable, pleasant, worked efficiently and I appreciated their promptness in keeping the appointment. They also gave me suggestions on future maintenance items I could perform from home to help prolong the life of the equipment. Saturday late afternoon, we turn on water and nothing. No idea as to extent of problem. Called Advance Pump and Filter and explained the issue. Technician offered to come out that evening. Since late in evening could it possibly be done on Sunday? Was pleasantly surprised when he said will be there early Sunday morning. Technician arrived diagnosed a well pump problem and gave the OK to replace. Technician was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and kept us apprised of everything he was doing. What could have been a nightmare for us was made pleasant by an excellent service provider. We were also having issues with our water treatment system and without hesitation called Advance Pump and Filter to check it out. Rob, sales technician, came to house and did a complete test of our water. He tested both directly from the well and then again going through the existing system. Rob also explained all the results and possible solutions. Not once in the time he spent at our house did he try and pressure us or discuss any pricing options. Next day, received review and quote, was reasonable, and we gave the OK to proceed. A new water treatment was installed by two technicians who were also extremely professional and explained in detail what was done and what to watch for. When finished our basement was spotless. Both of our installations were done professionally with excellent customer service. Thanks for everything.

We had Advanced Pump and Filter put in a arsenic water mitigation system. Being an engineer I honestly wanted it to be the correct system and plumbed properly. Advanced Pump and Filter review the different options and did an outstanding job with the installation. The system was installed with thought and maintenance in mind and their technician were courteous and mindful during the initial installation and subsequent system maintenance. I would highly recommend them for any water treatment systems.

Problem: Old water conditioner and iron removal system were no longer working. Yellow water, high salt consumption. We got estimates from 5 vendors. Advance put together the best and most professional evaluation and estimate. We went with them. On the scheduled day of service, the technicians arrived on time. They were were polite & respectful. They worked diligently and seemed to know their stuff very well. They answered all my questions with good explanations. I was trained on how to manage brine tank and to re-set the control head clocks in the event of power failures. The end result of the re-plumbing was neat and organized, simplifying the overall system. They cleaned up the work area beyond my expectations. Happy ending.

We recently purchased a home in Barrington and noticed that our water quality was horrible. We had hard water and a disgusting rotten egg smell that seemed to become a more common occurrence the longer we lived here. Additionally the water tasted horrible and you had to worry about laundry being ruined. We're glad we called Advance to assess our system. The service tech was professional and went over everything with us. They were able to redo our system the same day and resolved all of the problems. No more hard water or any other issues. It's amazing how in a matter of hours our water quality went from the worst to perfection.
