Miguel is super efficient and easy to work with. He helped me fix the hot water slab leak that lead to Master Bedroom tub and kitchen. He fixed it in less than 5 hrs. I made a mistake calling other plumbers from yelp. One of them took 2 days to figure out and stop the leak (even though they have only several 5 starts review -- watch out), made a wrong diagnostic when there were no water on the tub. Then I call couple other plumbers a lot of 5 starts review. Some of them are arrogant and refuse to explain the details what they are going to do. Miguel is very simple and straight forward guy. I should have give him 7 stars but 5 is the most we could give on yelp. Will definitely recommend him to anyone that I know. Thanks again Miguel.

( corona) did a Amazing job repiping our whole house due to slab leak. Truly a professional who knows what he is doing. Unlike others, who talks a lot of garbage, his work results showed his quality of work. He is always right on time. Plastic covers all the furniture and appliances to protect from mess. Which shows he cares about his customers concerns. And he finishes on time. Most importantly he does a clean organized job. My worries of many holes, damages and mess was relief after job was done. Miguel and his crew did a outstanding job. Highly Recommend!!!

Miguel's service and workmanship is fantastic! We lost all hot water (no water at all when turned to hot) in our whole house on Friday night. Our usual plumber was out of town but he recommended Miguel and Advance Plumbing and it was a lifesaver! I called Miguel mid morning after trouble shooting with our handyman led to us needing a professional. Within a few hours he was at our house (on a Saturday!) and was able to troubleshoot and find the problem. He had to get to our pipes in the wall of our garage and cut pieces of the wall out until he found the blockage. He fixed the damaged pipe and patched our walls. Everything looks as good as new AND we have hot water back. He charged us a very reasonable price and we are super pleased with our experience.

Miguel is so kind, patient, detail, punctual and professional. He gave us a lot of good advice even on something that is not part of his project. He suggested us since we are repiping, mind as well changing our sink, our sink faucets, and shower faucets and he told us he would do all for us for no additional charges!! He also helped us to seal the drainers on balcony, again for free! How kind is that!

Both of his teams (repipe and dry wall patch) did excellent jobs! I was very amazed by the texture of the dry wall patch. It's seamless and no mess!

I requested a quote and they came out the next day, gave a better price than anyone else to do a larger scope, and said they could come on Monday to do the work. Monday morning, they called ahead of time, showed up early, opened up my stucco wall, replaced the damaged drain pipe, and replaced the stucco. No mess, no dispute on the price. Top quality workmanship, professional attitude, and would highly recommend them!

Miguel is the best. He is a owner operator who does the work quickly and competently himself so it is done right, unlike the big companies that send out idiot people who don't know what they are doing and spend way more time that it should take.
I called Miguel and he showed up in 20 minutes, quickly assessed the problem, got the parts and had my main water line problem to my business fixed in under a hour.
He is a gem and I will keep his number in my contacts for any plumbing needs commercial or residential. Call him now, he won't disappoint because he cares about his business and reputation.

I just bought a new house and moved in there. When I purchased a new washer and dryer, we noticed that the valves were broken and needed to be repaired. (Home inspector didn't even realize, great.)
I called multiple plumbers and this company gave me the best quote ( Also he said he can do on that day) so decided to go with them.

Miguel did a great job on fixing the valves quickly. I also asked him to change the water regulation and he did it great job as well. Very talented, polite, and kind person! From now on, I'll always call him. So glad I found him! Highly recommended!
